This story is one that not many know, and it goes back as far as Da'Vinci and going up through the Colonization of North America. But let's start at the beginning... It really started with a man named Leonard Moretti, a good personal friend of Da' Vinci or so he would like to say. One night, He insisted that his good friend attend a party of his, and show off his great inventions to everyone! Da' Vinci knew it was a farce but he played along and went to the party. The next morning he tragically died of alcohol poisoning. But not all was lost! He had made a final will and testament! Leaving all of his blueprints and ideas to his good, dear friend Leonard Moretti...
But this is just the beggining of our story, the next chapter will proceed in due time after more reaserch has been done...

Da’ Vinci died late in the year 1495 from the alcohol poisoning and all of his greatest works were donated to museums and private collectors for preservation, but all of his less known works and some of his more strange scientific invention blueprints fell into the hands of Leonard Moretti, who at this time was somewhere between 55 and 65 years of age. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves, Da’ Vinci was not the first great man that Moretti would meet through his life; he also was a good dear friend… of Christopher Columbus. Columbus lived from 1451 – 1506; he was revered as the first European to map North America. He had first put his plans for exploration to Asia by crossing the Atlantic Ocean forward in 1485 to the King of Portugal, but it was rejected. It was that very same night that Columbus met a Leonard Moretti in a bar in town, they drank together and Columbus told Leonard of his sorrows about his failed plans for traveling to Asia. Leonard told him not to lose hope and to keep trying, in other countries if need be! Columbus soon tried to put his plans forward again in 1488, after years spent with Leonard to make his case more convincing, but ill luck and timing got him rejected once again. Leonard and Columbus traveled to Italy to speak with them, after another rejection Leonard and Columbus parted ways for a long time. But one day in 1489 Leonard received a letter, asking him if he wanted to accompany Columbus on his extraordinary venture to Asia. Leonard accepted and found himself in Spain! Alas, more years of political bickering proved strenuous but in 1492 they had a breakthrough and on the Santa Maria they set sail for Asia, which turned out to be the new world, but through that Voyage Leonard gained not only many riches from rewards on discovering land, but also from rare furs, pelts, plants, insects, and notes about the lands that he sold to the highest bidder. Now, both the story of Da’ Vinci and Columbus sound absurd by themselves, but also note the dates! Leonard sailed with Columbus in 1492, and yet was still in Italy to receive Da’ Vinci’s will in 1495, while he was on his way to the new world! I have some theories I will explore on how this happened for my next entry…

Now, I'm sure that I am boreing you with details! Oh, how I ramble! I really quite apologize! Let me simply put some of these books back... *crashing sounds and a shreak* Ouch! Oh, sorry about that, ooh! That was painful... Anyway! Where was I?! Oh yes! Where do you come in? Right here in the middle! Right at the peak of the Moretti family's power! Now, the whole story is not out yet but you can go ahead and get started! The year is 1800, Steam power is commonplace everywhere not only in Europe, but also in Egypt where it first originated. In truth, Egypt is the largest ecanomic power in the world. In second place is Great Britain who just surpassed Spain. African airship captains and exotic airships and species are fairly common to see around major cities all over the world.
Things you should know about you! Now, this is a world of conspiracy, romance, friendship, and betrayal. It is a world where no one is without secrets and previous deeds, whether it simply be you owe someone some money because you needed a loan to start your buissness, or that you murdered an important noble to further your agenda everyone keeps secrets... Other people exploit them.
