This is entirely random, but kinda spawned from the thread where we started talking about canadians. xD
Where are you from? And what's something unique, or something you like about your country?
I'm from Canada. I live in an igloo with internet connection, am drinking maple syrup out of a keg and am currently cooking roast loon. biggrin

I'm from Canada and I like the fact that Gay Marriage is allowed up here ^^ I also like maple syrup ^^ especially cold maple syrup mmmmmmmmmm...

We're all crazy canadians. xP I love the gay marriage thing, moreso now because one of my best friends is lesbian and she's always saying she's gonna go to Canada and get married. I really wish that Bush would just push aside his religious opinion and make it legal here in the states too.
Whenever I try and tell my parents how I want it legal, my mum gives me this weird look and says "Why, are you gay?" I tell her no, but I can never seem to tell her that I'm bi. Too many weird questions. -shudder-
By the way, who here goes ape-s**t over chocolate and strawberry milk? -slowly raises hand-

am i the only non-canadian person here? i feel so small! sweatdrop
i'm a brit. gay marriages are allowed over here, but it's only recently been legalised. i despise george bush. it doesn't rain all the time, or most of the time, but for some reason everybody thinks it does. we do not talk like buffoons (i.e. pip pip, tally ho) and do not constantly gorge ourselves on tea and crumpets. wales (the country i live in) is undoubtedly the best part of the uk. everybody should live here! close second country of the uk is scotland. third is northern ireland, and the last is definitely england. the scots and the welsh dislike the english. well, not all of them. but most of them.
childhood dreams: you should just come clean and tell your parents, methinks. i'm not gay or bi, but i do know that your parents should luff you just the way you are. and, if they reject you and be really nasty, which they won't, then i say you should subject them to evil, ancient methods of torture. i like strawberry and chocolate milkshake! if you mix the two together just right, it tastes like those choccies you get with the strawberry sauce filling..... mmmmmm.....

amyane: yes, we all hate george bush. it does rain frequently, i said that because for some reason people think it just rains constantly over here. and yes, rivalry against england is high in the other british countries! wales are playing against england in rugby on saturday, and i'm going out to a pub to watch it with my dad. im welsh. my dad is english. do the math.

i was born in wales. indian and australian blood also leaks in from really distant people. IM A MONGREL!
