I recently received a PM asking how to become a crew member, so I figured I'd go ahead and post something here explaining it to all of you. But first, let me tell you the job description of being a crew member.

001 . Threads will be moved to the appropriate forum if they aren't there already.
002 . Disputes must be handled in a calm and efficient manner. Do not take sides; do not add to the drama.
003 . Join requests will be accepted as long as the individual writes four sentences in the join request, as stated on the front page.
004 . Any members that you see in the role playing forums of Gaia can be invited.

These are things that you may not do as a crew member, even if given the option to do so.

001 . Ban any member for any reason. You must ALWAYS come to me when a member must be banned.
002 . Abuse your power as a crew member. You have slightly more power as a crew member, but I don't want you going around abusing your power.

To become a crew member, simply send me a PM telling me why you want to be a crew member and what you think you could contribute to the guild. I will hardly turn anyone down, but understand that I can't have every member being a crew member.

I currently need 1 more crew members, so send me a PM if you think you'd like to do it!

And, if you don't want to be a guild crew member, there are always other ways you can contribute. Donations to the guild are always welcome and are always needed. Each subforum costs 2,500 gold, and that goes by fast when you want to keep the guild clean and organized. Also, the biggest way you can help the guild is by offering suggestions on how to make it better. Becoming friends and greeting new people is also a great way to contribute to a guild without being a crew member.
