Welcome to the "Connect the Arts" Guild.
What the Guild has to offer.
As for content of posts, Always follow the gaian TOS, plus please keep the subject matter on Music, Poetry, Acting, Dancing, or Visual Arts, except for the Randomness thread and the introduction thread and the Blues Cafe (chat) thread. Don't worry if this has no activity yet, it's just started a new Guild. Polls are encouraged, and so is self-promotion of your artworks in the Arenas, provided you only do one post per artwork. Spam should go in the Randomness thread or else will be locked (if it's own thread) or deleted (if inside another thread).
Rules/Regulations
Again Always follow the gaian TOS, or else that will require deletion of posts and possibly banning, with no way to refund the 15g registration fee. No flaming, we prefer that you don't cuss unless it's lighthearted and not repetitive. No off topic posts from the "What the Guild has to offer" guidelines as to subject matter, or they will be locked. No linking to licensed material. We ask that you refrain from linking to any unauthorized copies or distribution methods for licensed materials.
Becoming a Crew (guild moderator) and it's responsibilities.
Crew are chosen based on the friendliness, sincerity, artisticness, and how well known the members are by the Captain or Vice Captain. (The Vice Captain x-Shrilakira-x has already been selected, once accepts will be promoted to place).
Banners
Submit your banners by putting in your signature and if they are good to go we'll probably rotate them and eventually when enough members and banners will take a vote on which one to use.
black list
We hope to never need a black list but we want to be orderly and in harmony here at the Guild, and will not tolerate breaking the Gaia site rules.

Addition to Rules and Regulations
Forgive me if I'm redundant in this, but the discussions should not flame anyone in their content. If you have a poem, song or work, that will offend some in our boards, then perhaps it's best that you put a disclaimer that is an opinionated work just so that situations never escalate. That and being friendly even when others are not are what will keep our community growing! Thanks for joining and keeping an eye on our rules. It's always good to know you're out there, other artists, giving to the world.

Polls
We encourage you to put polls in the threads you create even if they are single answer polls, just so that we can earn gold as we browse the forums. If you don't I might add one for those interested in gold while browsing.
Complements
Complements are appreciated and add to your likelyhood to receive random gifts.
Giving of and Requests for items or gold
Any requests for or offers of donations go in the off topic subforum.
Cafes and Thread Topics
If you want you can start your own rp cafe for chatting in, please keep it in a single thread for each theme. If someone creates one for a specific theme, or if a thread is created for a specific topic, please use the ones already existing to post.

Thanks again it's indeed growing every day. Just to give it another boost I purchased another one day ad.
Please edit and add polls to your unpolled threads.
This is to encourage the habit of making a poll with every thread you create for user participation and also a way for the guild to grow with more gold-earning activity.

During the holidays we will celebrate by giving gifts to members who are posting.
