Kekkei Genkai: Are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei Genkai and their related Jutsu can't be taught or copied by others, but it is possible to confer the ability to another person if it's localized in a particular organ like the eyes via organ transplant, like Obito passing his Sharingan eye to Kakashi. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called Dojutsu. Kekkei Genkai is usually translated into Bloodline Limit or Blood Limit techniques.

Dojutsu: Is a subcategory that is not one of the main skill arts. This Jutsu ability stems from the unique qualities of the users' genetics. Dojutsu techniques involve abilities inherited in the eye that do not involve hand seals. Dojutsu techniques have several abilities. Some of these give one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat his or her opponent. Some grant the user access to special techniques, and others allow for the use of techniques that would otherwise be impossible due to physical restraints.

Elemental Manipulations: Besides the five basic nature types, there are several more advanced types. By using two basic types simultaneously, one can create a completely new nature with unique properties. This is not something every Shinobi can do, though. Only those people who have certain Kekkei Genkai have this ability.

Chakra Manipulations: Members of different clans all have their unique way of the shinobi. Whether how their family orients themselves with other people, how they fight in battle, or who they are allowed to marry. The members of the clans are able to manipulate their chakra in a way that normal shinobi cannot. Where it is using their shadow as a weapon or growing to tremendous sizes.

The future, is already a thing of the past

___History:
The Clan is an ancient clan that originally faded into near extinction. They were labeled by others as a lost clan until recently surfacing nearly two centuries ago, strangely under the same leadership. In the past these men and women were renowned for their incredible skill in the art of tegenjutsu. Many had boasted that they need no other style of jutsu & would stubbornly stick to that mindset. However, after the flourishment of the clan that would eventually lead them out of obscurity, renegades of the society would find themselves actually incapable of using the art of ninjutsu or genjutsu. They would be able to retain the knowledge on how to use it, but when implemented the result would be null and void. The resurfacing of this clan has posed many questions in the minds of those around them. Through the years the clan seemed to age at a much slower pace than normal people. In fact a person well into their eighties could appear to be no more than in their late twenties which leads others to believe that their actual age is three times their physical age. Clan members have been known to live up to three hundred years before eventually perishing to the winds of time. Those who actually catch sight of the clan leaders have said that they appear to be ageless. Having facial features of both the old and young in a combination that leaves them looking alien in nature, yet oddly beautiful. The age of the twin leaders is still unknown.

Life has an infinite amount of meanings and throughout this meager existence that so many struggle to subsist even for just another mere minute, there are but few who can do such a thing and to some it feels like a nightmare. There are many paths to pursue on the way towards the end, and yet for some there are only a small amount considering that the entity known as death doesn't grasp them before they have the chance to take a step into the world. For each week that passes for a normal human being this man or woman, this eternal creature, lives as if it were just seconds. There is no set rules to how to live life as a free man or as a caged beast, and how you handle these tasks will be how you appear once everything around you shatters into pieces only to reconstruct into a lone creature who presents himself as either a demonic force or a shimmering light that will lead you into it's domain. These thoughts and ideals that are being expressed at this very moment are what a creature that has the abilities to live for seven human lives has to deal with on a daily basis. His thoughts focus upon the notion of life, how things can separate, and how a so called destiny can be changed with the most minuscule of actions. From simply crushing a small cricket to accidentally ignoring a plant that needs watering and dies; there is something that alters the so called future and it cannot be changed after it has taken place.

These questions that they reflect upon on a daily basis is something that happens to keep them sane, as this proverbial task known as living carries a deep burden upon someone who's face resembles that of a young man/woman rather than what his/her age should represent. For the reason that he lives at this moment is to experience all of life's joys, so that all of it's hardships are something that seem insignificant. They enjoy the finer things in life and though they are quite silent they sometimes can express there opinion in a very fun or inadequate manner. Elitism is something that every existing person from the clan originates from carries within themselves no matter if it is as small as an atom or as large as several football fields places side-by-side. No one is perfect. However they may not say it, but they think of themselves as being superior to a basic human being and their barbaric acts are no more than child's play. There taught to believe that having the biggest stick doesn’t mean that you are the best, but having the greatest amount of faith within what you do means that you are superior. They tend to act out of the ordinary at times, taking on a persona that fits that of a normal fifteen year old male/female, but this is only done when in public since there actual age would freak out most of the people around them.

___Techniques:

Technique Name: Sententeki Ikkoku
Rank: C
Description: A technique originating from a Japanese fortune telling method called Tengenjutsu. It is based on yin and yang and the five elements, and uses a person’s birth date in the sexagenary cycle and physical appearance to predict ones fate. Tengen-jutsu originated in various Chinese practices as well, but was first systemized by the early Edo period. It is also the origin of Tokyujutsu. When there eyes begin to take on the flourishing design, like most mental abilities, the use and effects of clairvoyance greatly varies depending on the user. When they arouse this ability into a perception that involves the acquisition or effect of future information that cannot be deduced from presently available and normally acquired sense-based information or laws of physics or nature, they are able to see three milliseconds into the future. Extending there reaction time to easily evade fast-moving objects. Its not up to par with the sharingan but does give them the reflex capabilities far beyond an ordinary shinobi.

Technique Name: Oiuchi Niai

Description: It is not accidentally that people say your future is in your hands. The Chinese believe that the extremities of the human body reflect the profile of a person's mind, body and spirit. Thus the gestures and appearances of the hands offer clues to the destiny of any individual that lines and indentations can therefore reveal. The main lines on your palm are indications of major movements in your life and hundreds of nervous ends on the palm are incessantly exchanging information with the brain, which absolutely leaves definite traces. This "technique" is more of an involuntary ability. While the predicting is in process, their eyes take on a sacred geometric pattern, shifting somewhat like a kaleidoscope. The members of this clan’s eyes allow them to characterize and foretell the future through the study of palm reading as a ninja performs mystical arts through the use of hand seals. At this point visions of the future, premonitions burst into their consciousness, without invitation, allowing the clan member to do empiricism of statistics in their head. As with palm reading, Feng Shui and other astrological practices, the principles that underlie hand analysis are related to the categorization of hands according to the Five Elements. Thus all hands are classified according to the elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. In combination the user will be able to see your jutsu, and the elemental affinity it stems from, before you can even execute the second hand sign for it. Allowing them the time to accurately calculate the outcome of how much space they need to put in between themselves and their target to dodge a ninjutsu.

Chisokugan
Fuuton, Speed, Vanish

___History:
This bloodline was officially founded by Ayuma Takeda, but it was said to have existed long before him. This man was a member of Amegakure. He wanted to become a shinobi, but due to a disease that weakened him he was told that it wouldn't be possible. So instead of attempting to train his strength Ayuma focused on his speed in secret. Years past as he began unlocking his hidden potential. However secrets don't last forever, and eventually the Utekikage discovered what he was doing. The current leader of Amegakure was cruel and heartless, so he demanded that Ayuma be thrown in jail. The people did not want to anger the man so he was thrown into jail as ordered. Years past as Ayuma remained there until eventually a new Utekikage was appointed. This was a much kinder man who released him. Ayuma then left the village in fear of being locked up again. He train for countless days to regain the extreme speed he'd once had. Upon working hard for about a year he unlocked the Doujutsu known as Chisokugan. He returned to Amegakure and revealed the new skill to everyone. Soon members of the village trained as hard as Ayuma had, and users of this kekkai genkai sprouted around the village. Of course only those with some sort of relation to Takeda or any of his ancestors gained the ability. Now as kids are born with parents who use this ability it becomes much easier for them to unlock their Chisokugan.

This bloodline gives the user a small variety of abilities. For one, they gain a significant increase in speed when the doujutsu is in use. Many Chisokugan users usually end up being assassins for this reason. After this things get a bit technical. In order to shield our eyes from damage, we blink. This spreads tears and other substances across the surface of our eyeball. When Chisokugan is activated the amount of substances spread increases allowing the user to experience many different conditions without receiving harm to their eyes. For example, they can swim while having their eyes feel like they're still on land. They can keep their eyes wide open during a sandstorm without any worry of getting their eyes injured. The next ability has to do with the speed increase. Usually vision is blurred when you or an object moves quickly, but with this doujutsu it's still clear despite the fast rate it's moving. So if a kunai flies past with a paper bomb attached, you won't need to wait for it to stop moving to see that a bomb is attached. A very useful ability when using the speed benefits. Now then, these different abilities are accompanied by many downsides as well.

One of the first things is simple; you can NOT see through anything. Your range of vision doesn't increase either. The only abilities are the ones stated earlier. Next, any waste left on the eye after the doujutsu is deactivated will in fact hurt. There's no protection after that. The constant use of tears to shield the users eye will result in dry and possibly itchy eyes. Using it too often can in fact cause blindness in the user. Next up, a speed increase is usually related to a certain element- Fuuton. With that said all Chisokugan users must have Fuuton (wind) as an element, whether it be their first or last. It doesn't matter as long as it's there. Finally there's the requirement of C rank chakra. However this goes for all Doujutsu, so no problem should be had with that.


___Traits:
• Speed increase when activated.
• Vision is not blurred when moving fast
• Tears are constantly on our eyes protecting them from different harmful things. So while the doujutsu is activated, the user will begin to shed tears infused with chakra. This protects the eye from being hurt if hit by rain, vision blurred underwater, etc.
___Restrictions:
• Eyes can be very dry after use and the user can possibly go blind from using it too long/often.
• Must have Fuuton as an element (doesn't have to be first though)
• Requires a C rank amount of chakra to activate
• User cannot see through things. So lets say your character is in a sandstorm. Although the sand will not cause pain if hitting your eyes, it can gather up and you won't be able to see anything.
___Techniques:

kyuugeki tokkan (Sudden rush)
C rank
The user concentrated chakra to the soles of their feet much like the tree walking jutsu. Then at a single moment the chakra is released and the user launched forward at high speeds. They cannot change direction during this, and they cannot jump either. The longer they concentrate the farther they'll travel.

Mite tsuujite za mei (To see through the dark)
C rank
This jutsu allows the user to see in the dark. They basically gain night vision. However any lights they see appear as pure white and basically blind them until the light is gone.

odori Fūjin (Dance [of the] wind god.)
A rank
An extremely sharp increase in speed. The user will basically vanish from view completely, leaving only a slight blur. Useful for getaways and dodging because the user is unable to attack during this time. However if the opponent is skilled enough they can easily stop the user in their tracks.

amatsu moufu (Heavenly blanket)
A rank
-Requires bladed weapon*
The user launched a blade of wind from their blade. While traveling the wind will expand to a blanket like form, and basically the opponent will feel like they were hit with a car. It can also be used to block projectiles, NOT JUTSU.

4 Pointed star
C rank
-Requires bladed weapon*
This move is the first in a series of attacks. The user begins with a horizontal slash to the right known as the 'first point'. Following this they gain a sudden burst of speed used to appear on another side of the victim with their blade extended forward, this is also known as the 'second point'. Next comes the third point which begins with the usual burst in speed to appear on another one of the users sides. They do a vertical slash before moving yet again to the final point, the fourth point. It's simply a concentrated blast of wind sent at the opponent. Unlike the Amatsu Moufu, this one is razor sharp.

5 Pointed Star
B rank
-Requires bladed weapon*
Second in the series of star attacks. The user begins in the usual stance, then seems to recklessly dash forward at the opponent at a normal rate. They then suddenly vanish and appear behind them with a diagonal right slash known as the first point. Next comes some footwork where the user skillfully maneuvers themselves in front of the opponent without any speed increase. They send their blade upward towards the opponents face which is known as the second point. Then comes the third and fourth consecutively. The user reappears at one of their opponents sides and launches a wind blade. Following this they make their way to their opponents other side to produce another wind blade. The fifth point is simply the user jumping above the enemy with their weapon pointed downward.

6 Pointed Star
B rank
-Requires bladed weapon*
This star begins to variate from the previous star techniques. It begins with quick movements of the users hands. They slash their blade to form a six pointed star in the air. Faint outlines make of air are left where they struck. Then to truly launch the attack the user sends their weapon straight through the middle of the star. The winds begin moving so rapidly that they're practically solid. This allows the user to fling the star in any direction. They have to use their weapon to throw it because the rapid movement of the winds can badly injure them. Despite the attacks strength the winds begin dieing down as soon as it's released from their weapon.

7 Pointed Star
B rank
-Requires bladed weapon*
The same preparations are made as the 6 pointed star. After forming the shape in the air, the user will drive their weapon straight into the middle of it. However instead of being able to throw it the star is solidified in place. Winds will fill the whole thing to act as a shield. However at this time the user is unable to move. It they remove or let go of their weapon the whole structure will fall apart. Chuunin and above fire jutsu can break through the shield, jounin for the rest of the elements.

8 Pointed Star
A rank
-Requires bladed weapon*
User drives their weapon straight into the earth. From that point an eight pointed star forms around them extending 2 meters in all directions. From any POINT on that star they can release a blast of wind which can harm the target or simply send them into the air. Please note that the column of air can only be sent from a point and not any spot on the star.

9 Pointed Star
A rank
This move is fairly simple for it being so high in ranking. The user concentrates energy into their blade and then is able to send out up to 8 wind shuriken in the shape of 9 pointed stars. However they have some special attributes. For one, because of their structure the user can make a blade vanish (still counts as a used one though). Next they are able to produce one from another, and this also counts as one of the 8. They can be formed on the users hand or launched from a bladed weapon.

10 Pointed Star
A rank
A 3d verison of a 10 pointed star grows in the users hand much like rasengan. It's the same color as the users chakra. Once the star strikes something the spikes will grow 5 feet larger then their original length. The blades that would normally strike the user vanish since they are of course made of wind. Besides this it doesn't really have any special attributes.
