Based on the replies I've gotten, here are a few dates that I feel would work best for our ball. If you have a conflict with one of these dates, please post it! <3 Thanks all!

i may or may not be busy the 22nd, seeing as it is my birthday. though that would be one heck of a present if the ball opened up on that day!

I wish i knew what my schedule will be like during the summer.
But even if I'm not home, my dad family can not stay ANYWHERE without wifi and I have an air card for my laptop.
So any date should be okay with me..
I'll let you know as soon as I find out if there are any dates I might be MIA.
However, I am running for a State Officer position in FBLA, and if I get elected, I will miss certain days in June.
Just letting you know, since I know that will be prime working time.

Thank you for picking July for thed month in which to hold it and not June or August! Many of us are students (collegiates or highschool, other(?)) And some of us go thru June and then back in August! Gratzi!

This will be tricky but if I am to have to pick a date (I clicked the 4th option down but started to think afterwards) I would have to say that I can probably do the first set of dates 15-17th (though the dates are short compared to the rest of the years where the ball was scheduled for 4 days friday through Monday.
I can be on at least in the mornings and evenings which I can work into my room's plot but I have snuck on many times before in busy weekends and no one had a problem with it. I most likely can't do though the dates starting on the 29th unless my guy can disappear on the Saturday

Thanks Epcot! And I believe that the ball last year was Friday - Sunday too. The forums were still open on Monday because the admins did not get around to closing it yet. Unless my memory fails me.

Anytime in july is good for me. I am done school mid april, so i will have tons of time to tie up loose ends in the room after school D:

I thought that the ball was scheduled to end at noon on Monday, but that we just wrapped up the plot on Sunday night because no one really gets up early in the morning. I should be good with any of the dates. I don't think it should be too terribly hard to get Friday off if I ask off far enough in advance. And, for anyone who has something going on during the ball days, the absence can always be written into the plot.

As of right now, they're all fine. The times I might be needed to be on are the only possible problems. Other than that, I'm relieved to see a bhunchof July dates, I have nothing going on in the summer anyways.... except the fact that I'm baking. >.> I don't mean baking goodies either, I mean I'm cooking in that summer heat lol lol

Hallelujah, July should be just fine for me. I believe I might be going to see my mom, but if her laptop works, than I'll be just fine.
