Press cameras and Reporters are on hand outside the New York County Courthouse.
Ric Swagna: Good Afternoon ladies and gentleman of the media. My name is Ric Swagna and I'm the attorney for Xtreme Wicked Wrestling based out of Petoskey, Michigan. This past friday night while my client was holding a live pay per view in Times Square an angle as they call it in this business was interrupted by New York Police officers on the mistake that the person was really trying to open fire upon the crowd. The footage was confiscated by the New York County District Attorney's until it was handed back to us after we were able to prove to the County and State that there was no bullets in the gun and that it was packed with Flash paper and not live ammunition. X2W Owner Killa-mo will now continue this press confrence. Thank you very much.

Killa-mo enters the podium
Killa-mo: Good Afternoon. This past friday as my Attorney just mentioned a wrestler named El Pirate was making his debut on our Pay Per View with an impact that was ment to shock the world and not cause what infact did happen. It turns out that they were looking for a masked man who's mask matched the mask Pirate was wearing at the time. The New York District Attorney's recently mentioned on saturday that El Pirate matched the description of a case of serial rape cases in the Queens district over the last 2 and a half weeks. I can safely tell you all that Mr. Pirate was not in New York on any of those days. This has been the first time any of us has ever worked in the state of New York. El Pirate was on a European Tour which I can vouch for as myself and the other guy involved, Kal Engima was traveling with him on this tour. Us 3 do travel together often when expenses are high for certain shows if any of us are booked at the same show by the same promoters. El Pirate is not a harmful person outside our ring and he would never harm an animal none the less would he ever lay a finger on a women in a way that would cause harm. Now I will leave the table and let you guys ask questions to El Pirate and Kal Engima about this entire situation that has not only left a bad spot in this company's first show in New York City but has taken the smile off of us when we should be enjoying our success from the Pay Per View.
Killa-mo leaves the podium for El Pirate to speak.

El Pirate went to the podium to speak, he still had his El Pirate mask on.
"If you'd excuse the mask, that'd be great, tradition does not allow me to take it off. As Killa-mo said, I am never, outside the ring, would harm anything, animate or inanimate. Also, I arrived in New York the day of the Pay Per View. I was in Europe hoping to meet the fans and show off, during said dates, I could not have been at the scenes. I am sorry for any trouble I caused and would like to personally apologize."
El Pirate then stepped back and took a seat.

Kal got up to the podium, but he wasn't really in the best condition.
"Your apology is NOT accepted, El Pirate. Just because you aren't a bad guy outside the ring doesn't change anything. What you did was beyond complete idiocy. Not only was it to mark my return, but you took it WAYYYY out of hand.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is people like this masked mad-man that should be behind bars and locked up! But am I the least worried? No. Because as I always told myself 'justice will be served'. So all I can say. . " Kal looked at El Pirate. ". . is that you just made the ultimate mistake in double crossing me. You may think this is over when yet, it's just beginning. What you done to me isn't gonna be anything compared to the many things that are coming your way. Feel the rue, El Pirate, because your precious 'booty' is going to come to an ending.
But seriously, folks, it was my night, my destiny, my time to come back and announce my return. And I say that El Pirate should be put on suspension until further notice."
Kal slowly got back to his seat.

Ric Swagna: And now Ladies and gentleman we will turn the questions to the media reguarding this matter.
Newsguy: Mr. Killa-mo. Danny Gumbel with WCSN News. Does what happened at the show change your perspective of holding a pay per view in New York City?
Killa-mo: No it does not. We plan on doing this show here again next year. We had a good turnout for this event despite the cold conditions.
Newswomen: Mr. El Pirate. Brooks Thomas with CNC. What would you say to the Masked Queens Rapist if he is watching this news confrence?

"Well, sir, I would say that you are ruining lives of not only your victims, but others who are related to the victims, but the media itself and eveything else. You just cost many people at least 20 to 50 dollars with your harmful attacks and should be ashamed. Not that money is more important."

Newsguy: Mr. Killa-mo? Louie Giovanni with Fox News. Has the Police given you guys back the pay per view tapes and will you be reairing the event?
Killa-mo: Yes and we do Apologize to the fans who got cut off right away from the broadcast as soon as it ended. It was due to the NYPD seizing the tapes as evidence. They have returned the footage and with an apology enclosed we've been given permission to air the entire... Shot Gun.. Incident as we're now calling it this friday night on Friday Nightmare. I can also assure you that just now booked for that broadcast will be Kal V.S El Pirate in a Lucha De Apuesta match. We do not have the stipulations yet but You will know this friday as the rest of the world. Hopefully we can somehow pick up and make this storyline at least presentable to the fans becuase the New York County District Attorneys as well as the NYPD screwed the fans most of all in this whole ordeal.
Ric Swagna: We have time for one more question
Newwoman: Kal Engima. Brittney Mitchell with WABX TV. With the incident turning to a police issue. Does something like this put a bruise on the professional wrestling business for high risk stunts like this?

"Thank you for the question Brittney. I can honestly say that such a stunt like this should have been brought up with the police yes. I also say it was a good thing they did. And if the police today are watching, if thy are asking if I want to press charges upon this masked freak, I would say 'lock him up and throw away the key!'. But you know as far as it putting a bruise on the professional wrestling, I'd have to agree. Stunts do happen, bt nothing really as extreme and dangerous as this. That's why we tell people not to do things at home. Because the consequences are risky. But like I stated earlier, this whole show between me and El Pirate, or as I like to callhim, the masked jackass. . it's just starting."

Newswomen: Killa-mo. One more Question. What Kal Said is it true you guys had no permission?
Killa-mo: The Mayor of New York City Mr. Micheal Bloomburg was notified a week in advance before this stunt even went down. It's just error in the main offices of City Hall that the Police was not aware that this was going to happen. But it's fine. I hold no ill will towards anybody. Thank you
Ric Swagna: Ladies and Gentleman we thank you for joining us. If there's any other questions feel free to send em to their personal e-mail which is press@X2Wrestling.com Thank you
Everyone leaves the press confrence and fades to black.
