 ~PLOT~For thousands of years, animals have roamed this planet, becoming a part of our lives. Many have lost existence and some still cling onto their very existence. These animals of the wilderness go from different shapes, sizes, and appearance, some are still unknown to our world. After three hundred years of existence, a new form of wild life appeared along with a set of humans. These animals were also named guardians to these humans, giving both an ever-lasting life. Each animal was assigned to one human, giving human any power of their own to help them survive the world that was to come. Many of the guardians were different from each other. Some had more grace than strength, while others had more strength than control. Of course this all sounds like a fairy-tale, but what if it is true, and an animal chooses you and becomes your guardian? Would you accept? Once you do, you will form a contract with this guardian with your life, fighting side-by-side for the rest of the eternity. Who will choose you?Creator → -Your Psychotic Nightmare

 ~How will I know?~
(Information)A voice is heard in your head as you are alone. You wonder who might it be, this "person" tells you that they could be your guardian if you follow a simple contract. In exchange for your short life and a wish, you will have ever-lasting life along with powers from your new guardian to help them fight "The people in the shadows" or as they call them, "Cralik". You are now given a new job while the guardian fulfills your wish on the long journey. This contract will not be broken or tampered with, once you have made this contract, there is no turning back. Once the contract has been made, a crest from your guardian will appear on a place on your body, to mark ownership, the guardian will also have a crest just like yours somewhere as well. Once you have the guardian, all you must do is call their name to become one with this animal to receive their power and strength, your guardian will now be a part of you and you will gain any of their traits as an effect. Be careful and never give up, your guardian will be with you and stay loyal forever.

My guardian is my life
Here are the rules of my role play. Ah paragraph form, don't you love it? Oh you don't? Yeah me neither but it has to be done if I want to know if you're paying attention! First of all, you know the drill, follow Gaia's TOS. If you don't you're outta here! I don't put up with rule-breakers. I will be pretty strict so just get ready for criticism if I see one thing wrong. Okay here's the deal, no text talk, GOD i hate that. "jim went 2 da forest 2 tlk 2 hi$ frend" If I see it, you're out! No talk like this *walks to forest* I hate that too. And for the love of god, no one-liners! This is a lit / adv.lit role play! Literacy people! Proper spelling as best as you can, you know it! I want at least two paragraphs with 5-6 sentences each. If you have writers block, one paragraph with 5-6 lines, nothing less. Please do not make your post into a novel, I have bad eyes and do not feeling reading just one post for fifteen minutes! For your post, make it pretty, or something like that. At least have a picture, name, you know it. I hate dull posts, makes me not want to read it. For profiles, send them to me, and me only, then i'll decide! :3 When you send your profiles, send it with the title under (read carefully) at the top. If you read this, highlight it and you shall find it. Now, other rules you have heard of, sorry but I have to. No spam, unless it's cooked, Psycho likie cooked spam. Thoughts are This, sayings are "This", and OOC is ((This)) or [[This]] you know it! No godmodding please..If something happens and you are in a fight, do not act like god! I am goddess of this role play so whatever I say goes. If you are being hit, do not act like you are indestructible, you're only human that can live forever unless you are killed, get hurt, bruised, something! Oh and before I forget, No stripping here or peep show in here! It is strictly PG-16, and don't take it to the pm's you pervs! Nobody wants to know what's under the covers! Timeskip!! Thank you!! And one last rule that is VERY important.....HAVE FUN! =D This is it for now, I will add more rules later if needed, it will be in red so it will not confuse you. Kay? Kay. ^-^

Mikenzie • Amber• Campbell  High in the trees sat a beautiful young girl, staring out into the wilderness. Sure she was alone, but not completely. This girl was different from others so she was forced to live by herself, not wanting people to think she was some kind of demon. The girl's name was Mikenzie, originally from Italy but she left her country and moved to one of the largest forests in the world. She moved there to be happy with nobody else but her guardian. Most people would think her guardian was a person, but he's really an animal. An owl to be exact.
His name was Kurroku, he was very intelligent so she continued her education with him. Strange that an animal knew a lot about education right? Mikenzie sat there in the tree, staring out at the trees, slightly spacing out. "Mikenzie...Mikenzie...Ascoltate quando il custode che ti parla di una lezione! Ingrato ragazza .." Mikenzie snapped out of it and turned to the white owl next to her. "Eh? Oh .. mi dispiace. Stavo solo pensando." Mikenzie replied while still looking out there. Kurroku sighed, shaking his head. "Sto perdendo tempo pisolino per insegnarti una lezione. Vado dal mio modo di insegnare a voi questo .. Ora..."
He looked down at the book before him and cleared his throat. "Hello, what is your name?" He spoke in english. Mikenzie sighed while she leaned against the tree. "My name is Mikenzie.." "Where are you from?" "I am from Italy..Ok ho finito! Buona destra abbastanza? Andiamo a esplorare!" She jumped off the branch, landing on her feet. Kurroku sighed, following behind her. "Kurroku! You taught me..Eh...Enough English..See??" She told him as she started to run. "Fine, but you can still hardly understand me.." Mikenzie thought for a moment, putting the pieces together before replying. "Uh...Sure?" Kurroku wished he had a hand so he could give himself a face-palm. Mikenzie only smiled nervously as she went to find something to do.((Tanslations:"Listen when your guardian is speaking to you about a lesson! Ungrateful girl.." "Oh..sorry. I was just thinking." Emmy-May and Karii  My Guardian ♥
---------------------- Emmy-May looked up above her to see the underbelly of Karri. He was soaring above her, right above her head. Wohin gehen wir? She asked him in German. He did not answer. Emmy-May was wearing a long black dress that clung to her shoulders without straps, and a necklace with a pendant made by her father. Well, before he went crazy, that is. Reaching up to poke his belly, her raven looked down and stopped. Was? He fluttered down to sit on her shoulder. Where are we going Karri?? She asked him, louder this time. He shook his head and flew back up into the air, Miststück!!! She called after him.
He picked up the pace, ignoring her comment. He had he running now, because the black raven knew how much she loved to run. Besides, he had given her wonderful agility, why not test it out? He led her toward a fallen tree, but she stopped right in front of it. Kiene! Kiene! She turned away from the log, pouting. Karri perched on the log as she sat down on it. Emmaline wanted to rest, and thats what she would do. Her long black hair touched the log underneath them as she caught her breath.

oJoyce Dee o Don't trust the snakes, they say...  Slither"Idiots. Calling the cops on me. I didn't do anything, yet. Hm. And they were totally waiting to get robbed. Of course they turn around at just that moment." Joyce muttered crossly to herself as she walked through the streets, into the forest. She had learned to hide here after an attempt or after she got caught. She didn't want anyone to learn where she stayed and flush her out. Usually Joyce was worried about the cops coming and getting a bunch of people, but Tallius had been relocating her frequently. He woukldn't tell her why, though. But it made robbing people quite difficult. Plus she constantly had to find a new place to stay. And that was hard, as well. Most were taken by street thugs. People you never wanted to run into. "I mean, really-" She continued. But she was inturrupted by her guardian, Tallius. A snake, he quite enjoyed Joyce's cunning and slyness. But he did get bored with it from tiem to time.
"Enough. You talk enough for the whole city." He told her, his tounge forking in and out. "Do not!" She glared, hands on hips. "At least I'm not old." Joyce turned, putting her nose in the air. Tallius just sighed.
Jiyce and Tallius were almost always like this, bickering. Though Joyce owed a lot to Tallius, she was much too proud to admit it. But Tallius knew how she was, and he constantly pointed out that Joyce appreciated him, she was just too stubborn to admit it. Joyce sat down at the base of a tree, pulling an apple out of her bag and biting into it. The snake coiled up next to her, just loking at her with his never-blinking eyes. "What do you want, mouse breath?" She glared, nudgling him away with her foot. "It's creepy when you just sit there." Tallius lifted his head up, shaking it from side to side. "Nothing, nothing." But his eyes glimmered, telling otherwise.
Joyce folded her arms, letting the comment drop and instead picking up a new conversation. "How long will we have to wait out here?" she complained. "I hate sitting out here. Expecially since I don't know these woods." Tallius's tounge flickered in and out. "We could always train." He chuckled, knowing how much Joyce detested doing anything besides things for herself. "Funny. Yuck it up, scaly. I'm going to roast you on a spit. We'll see who's laughing, then."
...They know how to fool you.

 ❋ ϻiles ʟeonid βeyer ❋ "Leave no stone unturned, leave your fears behind..." A young boy no older than ten was animatedly talking as he walked, having a very intense one-sided conversation. On occasion he'd look to his left and a little upward as if there were a person there and listen, waiting the right span of time that might traverse for another person to talk before replying. It was a pretty good illusion for such a young kid, an elaborate game of make-believe.
The only problem was that Miles didn't play make-believe.
There was a lady about the age of twenty directly to his left and she was only about a foot taller than he was. Of course, to the eye of any normal person the lady simply wasn't there, but the boy didn't think about that. He could see her, and since no one else was around, that was all that mattered. The lady was dressed up like a camper and had been telling Miles all about how she'd gotten stuck in the forest.
"...and then I couldn't find any signs of my camp anywhere. My fiancee was gone too." She said as they walked, a slight limp to her own gait."He probably left when they didn't find her body." A sleepy voice said into the back of Miles' neck.
Maybe Reggie was right. Maybe he had to leave because he couldn't find her. It was saddening for the boy to hear that, but he supposed it made sense. When he had been little he had lost a toy car at the park and his mother had made him leave even though they hadn't found it yet. It was kind of the same."Maybe he left 'cause he couldn't find you." Miles suggested.
The lady laughed softly.
"Probably. I think I fell in a ditch somewhere, and since it was the rainy season I probably washed away." She replied, only getting the boy to tilt his head to the side in reply.
He didn't quite understand how she could be so relaxed about that. Most spirits that had died without being found were a lot less at ease than she was. This lady was weird for a spirit.
Miles hadn't been in the forest for very long and he hadn't liked it one bit, but Reggie had insisted that they seek out some trees. Navigating wasn't too bad at night, since Reggie knew the way and was awake then, but during the day it was really hard. The boy had a bad sense of direction and had ended up turning himself around more than once whenever Regulus was asleep. Thankfully, today he'd come upon the ghost lady and she knew her way around because she had done work for school in the forest before. Not only was she an aid for him to find his way, but she also provided company for the boy while his guardian slept. It was the perfect trade-off, but he still wished that Reggie would tell him why he needed to be in the forest in the first place. Miles would have preferred to sleep inside instead of outside."...And try to take the path less traveled by."
