We'll miss you, Remi. I can't say that I'd ever convert to Mormonism, but if it's right for you, I guess that's your choice. I don't really think there is one right religion, so we all have to choose which is best for each of us. Know we're always here if you need us, though, okay? The doors are always open. wink

Well, you didn't have to say the topic like that. I almost went straight to a very "persuasive" arguement with you. hmm... i have yet to feel these vibes, but fear in the fact that there happens to be a few talks of the 666 chips. yes, what will be the mark of the beast. even though I think I heard the fellow christians at my school say that they're saying its something for getting lost or stuff.... (yeah... you'll get lost alright) i think that there is a 7 year period, first 3 1/2 being years of rest, last 3.5 being years of war.... >>; i forget.... never took notes when the youth pastor at CCCV talked about the revelation.... and the won't let me freely worship there.... unless i move my spot.. so i haven't been there in a while. But that's not the point. the point is that you go where you feel the Lord wants you to go. and do what the Lord feels you should do....
>>; i feel so weird saying that.

^-^ Don't feel wierd saying that. You're perfectly right. Go where He sends thee. It's been a while since I've read the book of Revelations, but I recall seeing that there would be six years of peace before the rapture. ^^() I could be wrong, though.

Isn't there a song that goes 'Children go where I send thee? How shall I send thee?' that is basically talking about how God will send his children out into the world?

Even though I respect your choice of religion and your beliefs, I don`t find any use for this topic in this Christian Guild, because it is suppose to be a Christian Guild. So I`ll block it to avoid controversy!!! sad Sorry to see you leave!!I hope you still have a place in your heart for Jesus and God anywhay!!!

Incorrect. Mormonism is only loosely based on Christianity, and is NOT a true sect of Christianity. A quick look at the doctrines of each will show this very well. The Mormon goal is to LOOK like they are Christian, but really, this is not true. o.O Examples are in order, ne? Christians: Lucifer (Satan) was the greatest of the angels, beloved by the Lord. Mormons: Lucifer (Satan) is Jesus' brother. Christians: All fall short of the Glory of God. Mormons: All can become Gods. ^^ This is just the bare surface of it all... If you'd like, later on, I'll include a more complete list. ^^

If you'd like, later on, I'll include a more complete list. ^^ Definition of Christianity is the belief in Christ, the son of God, as our savior. It really doesn't matter who you think Lucifer was. The people becoming Gods, though, that part is a little twisted. They also have a set number of people who can enter heaven, and supposedly that number is full. -.- There's a lot of strange stuff going there. I actually a own a copy of the book of Mormon (another odd fact, they don't use the Bible), so I'll have to look into the differences between basic Christian and Mormnism more closely. (I own it because my older brother tried to hide it in my sister's bed to make her mad (She's really, really close-minded about faith....).)
