Seiuchi City is in the hot and arid Central portion of Tohoku. The mountains to the South and West tend to block rainfall from the area, causing the entire region to remain choked with heat. Aside from the nurses at the Pokemon Center and the shopkeepers at the Poke Mart, the inhabitants of the city do not typically welcome traveler with open arms. It is difficult to determine the reason for this and given the situation, it wouldn't be the easiest bit of information to discover.

{Enters Rakuda City}
Nearra looked around with pure excitement! The first place she saw was the Pokemon Center. She decided to go in to heal her Pokemon since the took a beating in the cave.
{Enters Pokemon Center}
Nearra gave the attendants her two Pokeballs that contained Tom Cruise and Dwaynette Johnson. She heard a beep, beep, beep and the attendant said to her "Your Pokemon are at full health again mam." The attendant handed Nearra her Pokemon back and she attached them back to her belt. She turned around to leave the Pokemon Center.
{Exits Pokemon Center}
Nearra walked down the cobblestone path some more and found a Pokemart. Nearra decided to go in to get some more Pokeballs for her next adventure.
{Enters PokeMart}
Nearra saw all the shelves full of Pokemon related merchandise. She was very excited to get some new Pokeballs. Nearra walked up to the Shopkeeper and asked to buy. The shopkeeper replied "Just tell me what you would like to buy and I will get it for you." Nearra said, "Thank you, kind sir." "I would like 4 Pokeballs for P$800, please." "Here you go mam," the shopkeeper said as he handed her the Pokeballs. Nearra handed him the Poke dollars and said "Thank you so much, they are so shiny! I can't wait to use them!" Nearra turned to leave the PokeMart.

Nearra was all ready to go back to the cave and find some Wild Pokemon to capture. She would come back to the town later for some quests. She headed outside the city and back towards the cave.

Nearra found the cave and entered. She was ready to explore to find some wild Pokemon.

While she had been in town, Nearra would have heard some talk about the surrounding area. She learned that the surrounding desert that sprawled into the East had a fair amount of Pokemon in it. Addtionally, there were a few mountains near the cave that also had Pokemon inhabiting it. If she wanted, she could check those areas out too. She could even look in the city to see what kinds of Pokemon lived in an urban habitat.

Nearra was wore out from the journey back to the city. She headed straight for the Pokemon Center to heal her Pokemon then she was going to find a place to rest herself.
{Enters Pokemon Center}
Nearra walked through the doors and walked up to the counter. She handed her three Pokeballs with a Meditite, Staryu, and Onix to the attendant behind the counter. "We have a couple sets of Pokemon ahead of you ma'am so if you could have a seat over there and I will let you know when your three are done." said the attendant to Nearra. Nearra smiled and replied,"I will do just that." Nearra walked over to the not-so-comfy looking chairs. Better than a cave floor she thought to herself. Nearra sat down and leaned her head back on the wall behind her. She started to doze off and pretty soon she fell fast asleep.
{30 minutes pass}
Nearra awoke to a woman's voice saying, "Ma'am your Pokemon are ready for you." Nearra jolted awake with embarrassment. "I am so sorry ma'am, I had a long journey, please forgive me," she said with blushing cheeks. "That is fine, here you go." The attendant handed Nearra her Pokeballs and Nearra grabbed them and attached them to her belt. She stood up and walked out the door.

Nearra decided to walk around the city for a while and see if she could find any Wild Pokemon within the city's walls. Nearra headed down the cobblestone path.

Before long, the Trainer stumbled across two odd looking Pokemon that were sort of floating along in the breeze. They was yellow with strange candy-cane shaped ears. They were too absorbed in their own minds to notice the approaching Trainer.

Nearra was upset that she would even see this Pokemon in the city's limits. She hoped it would get eaten after she walked away from it. She walked from it to try and find another Pokemon that was worth her time.

After passing up the previous Pokemon, Nearra managed to find another that looked quite different. It looked like a little white dough boy with a green mushroom on its head. The Pokemon was minding its own business, just wandering around the city.

Nearra looked at the Wild Pokemon she had just encountered. It was very cute she thought to herself, but also looked frail. After a moment of thought, she decided to go for it. She grabbed a Pokeball off of her belt and threw it high into the air. "I choose you, Tom Cruise!" she yelled out. The Pokeball came down to the ground and a blue light appeared. Out flashed a Staryu Pokemon. It gurgled, "Staryu, Staryyyuuuu!" It was very excited at the thought of a battle.

The small Pokemon looked over at the intimidating star-shaped Pokemon. It began to quiver with fear. It chirped, "Ralts?" This Pokemon looked to be quite frail. Since Nearra would know how powerful her Staryu was, she would be able to assume that even just one attack launched by her Pokemon would probably be enough to knock this one out.

Nearra looked at the excited Pokemon next to her and felt bad. She knew that Tom Cruise was too strong to fight this Pokemon. It was up to her to catch the Wild Pokemon across from her. Nearra took a step back and decided that she would use a Trainer Attack. She lunged forward at the Wild Pokemon and hoped for the best.

2 Damage Dealt.
The attack manages to deal a decent amount of damage to the Ralts, but it's still standing fairly strong.
The Ralts didn't much like being hit with the human's attack. It weakly growled at the Trainer, hoping to ward it away. The Pokemon wasn't very strong itself, but it hoped that this sound would be enough to scare the Pokemon and its Trainer away from the area.
Growl – Normal
The user lets out a warning growl; it contains a hex that restrains the hearing target’s offense.
At-Will – 2
Ranged None
Effect: No Target, Burst
Growl creates a 5-meter Burst. Growl lowers all Legal Targets Attack 1 Combat Stage.

Nearra apologized to Tom Cruise in advance before her next Trainer Attack. "I am sorry Tom Cruise, but you are too powerful for this fight. You are still my favorite," Nearra said with a smile. The Staryu Pokemon gurgled "Staryuu, Staryu." "I am glad you understand," Nearra replied. Nearra tightened all the muscles in her arms and legs, then charged towards the Wild Ralts Pokemon.

1 Damage dealt.
The attack doesn't deal a great amount of damage to the Ralts, but it is beginning to look weaker. It, however, is still in fairly decent shape.
The little Pokemon stumbled back a little as Nearra's attack hit its body. The youngster decided to attempt to scare her away once again with another verbal assault. It growled as loud as it could, hoping that its voice would echo through the streets and get amplified enough to actually manage to effect the Staryu and its Trainer.

Nearra reached in her pocket and pulled out a bright pink wallet. She opened it and had a sad look on her face.She really didn't have many Pokedollars left in her wallet. Nearra was going to attack the Wild Ralts Pokemon a couple more times before she threw a Pokeball. "Here we go Tom Cruise, wish me luck!" she said to her Staryu that was beside her. She charged at the Wild Pokemon once more and crossed her fingers while charging. Tom Cruise gurgled almost as if it was cheering on it's trainer. "Staryu, Staryu!!"

The attack deals a decent amount of damage to the Ralts, but it doesn't appear noticeably weaker than before.
The Trainer's assault against the Ralts had seemed to hit a bit of a plateau. Seeing this, the Wild Pokemon decided to attempt to ward away the Trainer and its Pokemon again. It didn't seem to be having any luck with its constant attempts, but it wouldn't give up until it was knocked out.
