As long as you can prove the character is not original, it's allowed.
Keep it PG-13.
No multiples unless it is an big variation. (Naruto for Naruto and Naruto from Shippuden is big enough.)

((Forgot to mention all this takes place in a mansion.))
Cody woke up to find himself laying on the floor next to a silver haired guy. He tried to scream but it wouldn't come out.
Riku rolled over to see a terrified looking boy laying next to him. Riku bolted to his feet and looked around. He was in a bedroom, the doors were all open, and it was empty except for him and the boy.
