I don't know. I'm a HUGE fan of the original, and this to me just looks... bad. :/ Apparently the plot is that Copper runs away to join a circus and meets other dogs whom he befriends, making Tod jealous. Is it just me, or is that the LAMEST THING EVAR? Turning a highly emotional film into something 'kid-friendly'. Bambi 2 actually looked like it will have some substance, but this...?!

Bah. Time will tell.

At least the animation looks decent.

I think they're going for the idea of a flesh-out of the storyline, especially one that's child-friendly. Other than that? I dunno.

this is just rediculious, it has got to be the gayest thing they ever thought of ( I love Fox and the hound). Why couldn't they like make grown up Copper and Tod meet each other again, and like Tod and Vixie (is that her name?) had babies. ^-^

Yes, the animation looks good (since most sequals dont apart from a few) but this! This is just wrong! Gah!

Very stupid.The Fox and the Hound is my favorite disney movie and the make a 2nd one like that makes no sense at all

The Fox and the Hound 2 had such potential, but unfortunetly Disney decided to go all crappy midquel on us to try and give Copper more screen time. What makes the least sense is that this supposedly happens whilst Copper was off training to be a hunting dog. Umm Copper and Todd didn't see each other during this time (we know this by the fact that one of the the first thing Todd says when Copper comes back is "don't you remember me?") so even if Copperran away to the circus how would Todd know and why would he be jelous?

What Disney should have done was have Copper find a female hound dog and have puppies with her then when they are brought to the forest for training have one of them get lost and adopted by Todd and his family. The pup would be raised as a fox and when Copper and co. come to hunt the find the little pup protecting his fox family and thus a whole lesson about how we are the same happens.

I will never see The Fox and the Hound 2.
