This question popped into my mind while i was playing a video game. The question... Or should I say questions. I'm just curious. No one is forced to answer it.
What makes you a good Christian, and how are you a good Christian?

I don't really think I am a 'good Christian', yet. I see people who are farther ahead in God's walk than I am, and I guess in my mind that's what a 'Good Christian' is. I honesty, though, I don't think that's true. I mean, none of us are perfect, but I like to think that if we try our hardest to do what's right, and if we truly love God more than anything and our neighbors as we do ourselves, then we're good Christians.

I have no idea if I am a 'good Christian' or not. I think like any of us, we try to do God's will. My only hope is that on the day I stand before God, He says, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." Though right now, I don't think He'd say that to me. Then again, who am I to judge, and that includes myself.

I used to wonder that same question, "What makes a good Christian" I realized that there is no such thing, each one of us is unique to God. Each one of us has a different, personalize relationship with him. I believe that he has given us goals to reach while on Earth that are specific to who we are personally.
I believe that God touches people`s hearts and guides them to right choices and as long as their hearts are open they will listen to his gentle voice of guidance.

It's a bit hard to say if a person is a "good Christian". I suppose some of us don't want to smack that label on our backs when we feel and know that we are still flawed, but only made perfect through God. I hardly consider myself "good" since I grew up with a false doctrine. and only changed that around almost two years ago. I still haven't read the whole story about Jesus' life and death so sometimes I feel dumb about that, but in other areas I have learned so much. I am human and try to the best of my ability and don't really concern myself with "Am I a good Christian?" I concern myself more with, "Am I treating these people as Jesus would? Is that attire okay to wear or would it cause a brother or sister in Christ to fall? Am I shoving people away from God when I try to help or am I opening a door to Jesus Christ? Etc etc"
