I know that the large number of subforums can be a little confusing...*ducks things thrown by lost members* but I do have a system, I'm just trying to work out the details. Listed below is a summary of what you can find in each of the subforums:
The Notice Board
This is the main forum that you end up on when you click on the guild forums button. Here you will find any and all notices, announcements and stickie concerning the guild for instance if we are going to hold a contest of some kind there will be an announcement posted here telling you when it will take place etc. etc. Also if anyone has any personal news to share with the rest of the guild that will be found here too.
The Welcome Forum
This subforum is dedicated to new members, here you will find a list of guild mods, introduction threads and greeting thread of different descriptions. This is a good place to post "Hi, I'm new here." threads Any questions about the guild you may have will also be answered here.
Fan Station
This subforum is for fanart and fanfiction both Shika-centric and non... you can also commission fanfictions here.
MOD Lair
This is a subforum is for Moderaters to hold meetings concerning the inner workings of the guild.
Yaoiholics Anonymous
This subforum is for anything that falls into the genre of Yaoi or Shonen Ai, there is no Yuri in here yet but in the future yo will find that here too. Fanarts, fictions and other media that falls under the category of Yaoi etc can be found here.

Roleplaying
This is a subforum devoted to roleplaying, if you have a character that you wish to use you can post your profile here.
Strictly Shika
Anything concerning Shikamaru that doesn't involve other characters can be found here. If you have any questions about him you can ask them here too.
The Ninja Trading Post
This forum is for buying and selling items or services. (Such as avi art, graphics and the such) It is also for posting your quests.
Games and Contest
Games, quizes, amusing comics and videos are what you will find here. Here is also where you can find the contests advertised on the Notice Board.
