As disturbing as this story is, it's based on actual events. Names have been changed, and no one has actually died, but the rest are actual events and quotes from faculty and students at my university. Anyone from Canada may have heard about this, as it has actually made national news.

That made my skin crawl... It could have turned out like that, couldn't it?
You might want to go through that, Gypsy, and put your quotes back in. It's such a headache that you have to that manually. stressed

That sent shivers down my spine... That was great. Great writing, and, unless I completely misread, it contains a message, which is always a plus in my book. The ending was amazing too. Even with the fore-shadowing, I still couldn't see that coming. I know one English teacher that would call me a 'little moron' for that, but that's not the point! There were a couple of places that I had to reread to understand, but nothing huge that needs to be mentioned. Great job with this piece!

Very interesting story. I had to read some parts twice, but it was well worth the read. 3nodding

Very creepy in its own right. I especially like the attention to detail without overload and the great dialogue. Fab. Love the ending too 3nodding

I don't know what to say that no one has said already. This was a well written piece, and one of the few I've actually seen you finish wink . It was creepy, but impactful and filled with a powerful message. Keep it up.

One year later...the MaDMiDgEt steps in to throw in his two cents.
It is already known that the MaDMiDgEt is a big fan of Gypsy's style of writing. But it has been a long time since he has read anything of hers. Certainly, the MaDMiDgEt has much that he would like to say on this story. Let's go talk to him now and see what he thinks.
Mr. MiDgEt, what are your thoughts on Gypsy's story?
"...*whimper*... cry "
Is...is that all? What does that mean?
"..."
Well, it seems the often times overly outspoken MaDMiDgEt has been stunned into silence. I'm not sure what to make of it, but if he snaps out of it, we'll be sure to bring you his response.
