Kekoa :: -Pounces on Rasskin-
Rasskin: DDDD8;;! *squeaks and is flattened... still trying to get used to that* ; ; ... *twitches a wing*
Kekoa :: RASSY! -squeezes with a smile- It's been a while since I've seen you. -lets go of the winged male-
Rasskin: @ @;;;; *coughs lightly when he's released, placing a dainty paw to his chest to try and gain his breath again, his wings all bedraggled.* K-...Ke...Koa... *he breathes, taking a gulp to try and calm his panicked heart*
Kekoa :: ; A; I'm sorry! You alright, Rassy! -flails his paws with a worried expression-
Rasskin: *clears his throat a little, and nods meekly, fluttering his wings to replace neatly on his back.* m-maybe... you could... be a bit more gentle... Kekoa..?
Kekoa :: -rubs the back of his head with a sheepish smile- Guess I don't know my own strength. -chuckles then pats Rasskin softly on the head- Is that better?
Rasskin: *regains his composure and looks to the regal male, closing his eyes nervously at the movement of the paw to his head... but relaxes at seeing it's gentle. He nods, and lets his ears relax back too* that's much better.. thank you..
Kekoa :: -Bounces around the shy male- Yay! It worked! -Smiles then hugs Rasskin gently- Find any more flowers? Cause I was thinking of buying some seeds for you to grow, Rassy.
Rasskin: *nervously tenses as his friend prances around him, hunkering down with his ears pinned back. But he perks them at the kind hug, relaxing into it... hoping he doesn't get sqozen or something.* I-I .... I found... chrysanthemums..
Kekoa :: OwO; What are those? -Ears twitch as he sits next to the nervous male- They must be pretty since they have a long name. -Tail swishes as he thinks- I prefer poppys.
Rasskin: *he blinks and looks up to the larger male, and lifts his tiny blue paws to show him their size* they're about this big... and they have lots of strips of petals all clustered together... *he smiles very faintly, and nods.* those are pretty too..
Kekoa :: -Tail begins to wag- Those sound pretty! You'd love it if you met my grandma. She's all into the flowers and gardens. -Frowns a little- Dad has just been all weird since mom disappeared, but I grew up alright. Right, Rassy?
Rasskin: *blinks up at him, and smiles just barely.* I.. I would love... a garden.. *he softly murmurs. His ears perk a little and he tilts his head, nodding in response.... highly uncomfortable around females... from his own mothers way of treating him* yes..
Kekoa :: -pats Rassy on the head softly- Then I'll help you make one for your flowers. How does that sound? -takes his crown off, setting it on the ground-
Rasskin: *closes his eyes and lowers his ears to prepare for the pat... but relaxes again as it's gentle. He blinks and shyly looks up to the other, looking back down* y-y-ou.. you don't... have to.. *he murmurs, glancing to the crown curiously*
Kekoa :: -Pounts- Aw come on, Rassy. Lemme make you one, ya? -picks up the crown on puts it on Rasskin's head- Doesn't look bad on you. -chuckles-
Rasskin: *shyly fiddles his paws on the grass* i-if... if you... really... w-w-want.. t...to.. *his ears p***k at feeling the tiny crown placed, making him look up to Kekoa, blinking to look up, turning his head a little. He tilts his head curiously to the other male* ar-..are you... a prince.. Kekoa..?
Kekoa :: -Couldn't help, but to laugh at Rasskin's question- I'm sorry, Rassy. Everyone I meet seems to ask that question. -shakes his head polietly- Nah, dad says that my mother had a crown of her own and got passed down onto me when I was only a bowl. -pets Rasskin's tail gently- Isn't that what friends are for?
Rasskin: *blushes in embarrassment, dipping his head down for asking such a question* o-oh.. I-I-I'm sorry... th-that... that was... a foolish q-question.. *he murmurs, curling the tip of his tail... peeking to the paw stroking it. But he keeps his head down* I-... I don't... k-know.. you're my first friend..
Kekoa :: -pokes the blue male- Don't be, Rassy! You didn't know, right? I should not have laughed at the question. -picks the male's head back up with his free paw- Alright?
Rasskin: *cheeks warm and slightly flushed from the kind gesture, his head being lifted, he looks to Kekoa's face seeing that he's not mad... shyly letting his eyes look off.* a-alright....
Kekoa :: -Smiles then lets go of Rasskin's chin- Now then! how about we go start on that flower garden! -hops to his feet, holding a paw out to Rassy-
Rasskin: *peeks back to Kekoa, and blinks at the paw... daintily placing his own to the offered larger paw. He gives a meek little nod. Perhaps he could plant some things Kekoa liked to make up for going out of his way for the timid little fox.* u u;
Kekoa :: -helps the dainty male up from the ground, he was a bit flushed from the other's paw in his own- [What kind of feeling is this?] -He thought to himself as he shook it off- Ready Rassy? -Asking as he wiggles his butt a little in excitement-
Rasskin: *stands and curls his tail into an elegant 's' shape, giving a little nod to Kekoa, being careful not to let the crown fall off his head... knowing it must be precious to his dear friend. Maybe Kekoa would like to meet Leyla.. she was the mother Rass never had.*
Kekoa :: -smiles then tugs on Rasskin's paw lightly- Let's make it here! I'll start to dig some holes for the seeds. -dances a little then looks at their paws together. He didn't want to let it go, but had to. He let go then began to dig a few small holes- That should be good <3

He follows Kekoa diligently, the held paws giving him more reassurance that it was ok for him to allow his only friend to go out of his way to build him a garden. Maybe just a small one would be ok... right?
Once the area was found, he blinked curiously at the ground, seeing that it held full of strong, flourishing grasses. As their paws parted, he huddled them close to his chest, tail curling around his ankles with a somewhat nervous glancing about. Hopefully no one would destroy all of Kekoa's hard work. Watching intently, the fragile little Rasskin took a peek to the created divots, nodding in agreement. But where to find seeds? Before he could continue this thought, he nervously glanced to the determined male, "I-i-I'll... h-h-ave to l-look for s..seeds..." he replies.

Conversation between "Frezir Bloodfire" and "musicaloner" To return to your conversation, close this window.
Kekoa :: -His tail swishes as he looks at Rasskin- We can both look for seeds! You know like together... -Says with a smile as he looks away, shyly-
Rasskin: *blinks and looks over to his friend, tilting his head a little* a-...are you.. sure...? *lowers his ears* I... I wouldn't want it to bore you... *lightly fiddles his paws along the grass surrounding the forming garden*
Kekoa :: -Nods with a smile as his tail wags- Don't be sad, Rassy! I'm your first friend and I want to help you in any way I can! -hugs his softly then scurries off to find some flower seeds-
Rasskin: *closes his eyes at the hug, thankful for it being gentle, and blinks to watch his friend bound off. He flits his wings lightly, and takes a more lax and calm stroll to find seeds, heading towards where Kekoa was heading. Taking his time to evaluate the land thoroughly*
Kekoa :: -sniffing around on the ground as his tail swished- No seeds here... -pouts then looks around for some wild flowers- Maybe they have seeds to spare.
Rasskin: *trailing slowly behind Kekoa, he became slightly distracted at spotting a little maple growing towards his left. Pausing, he headed towards it, lowering his head to nose tenderly. It was so precious. Little did the angelic male know that he was being watched from a nearby tree by a rather ill-minded individual... planning their means of approaching the tender Rasskin*
Kekoa :: -His ears twitched, moving around at the strange sound. Stopping in his tracks, he looked for Rasskin and any signs of trouble.- Rassy... -He spoke softly then rushed over to the angelic male's side, hoping nothing was going to happen to him-
Rasskin: *blinks and looks up to Kekoa, ears perking curiously as he suddenly darted close to him, making his wings flit in surprise* Kekoa...? *lowers his head, ears laying back as well* a-are... you alright..? *the ominous being slowly began to slink down the tree, its figure concealing in the grasses... slinking towards the easy target.*
Kekoa :: Stopping, his ears moved around quickly for any sound to what had given him a sense of protection. "Stay close to me, Rassy!" He yelled as he ran back towards the smaller male. He hoped that the beast wouldn't be something that could over power him.
Rasskin: Nervously watching his companion, his eyes widen, and head lowers further, "wh-...what's... going on...?" his ear did twitch though as he heard some other source piercing through the grasses, making them rustle swiftly. Turning his head, he squeaked upon spotting a rather large snake, making his wings flutter in alarm. This was no ordinary snake... it held many demonic traits. Tiny Rasskin curled his tail around himself as tight as possible, the sharp leer of the snake petrifying him from moving, trembling as he watched it circle around him.
Kekoa :: "Rasskin! RUN!" Yelling as he ran faster to get there in time. He pounced on the snake, growling at it. His fur stood up on end as he watched it closely. He snapped at it as if he was a wild animal. He made sure the distance between the snake and himself was enough from Rasskin. "Run while you still can, Rassy!" He said with a protective tone.
Rasskin: It wasn't until Kekoa tackled the snake that the spell seemed to break from entrancing the lithe angel. With a whimper of fear trickling from his mouth, and a squeeze of his eyes, the tiny male finally tore himself away and turned to run. Wings unfurling to their full length, he let them pump to lift him off the ground towards a safer distance, landing finally in a familiar tree he usually took refuge in. Perching, he watched as Kekoa wrangled the sinister serpent, hearing it hiss, and struggle to try and strike at the dominant male, its tail writhing in distaste.
Kekoa :: Growled as he circled the snake. He would paw at it so he could land a bite, but was unsure if he would be able to do it safely. "Die foul serpent!" He hissed then snapped at it's tail, hoping to grab it. He wanted to make sure it was dead before Rasskin could return or he would go get him.
Rasskin: Watching his dear friend melee the creature, the weak male felt completely helpless in the matter. He couldn't do anything to help. The snake hissed angrily, not a fully grown thus not as experienced. It'd hardly thought someone of Kekoa's caliber would show up, nor that the fox was even around. It wriggled furiously as its tail was grasped, mouth open wide to try and intimidate its opponent, squirming irritably.
Kekoa :: His tail twitch in anger as he smack the snake on the head quite hard. He grabbed hold of it tail, tightly, and bashed it against the ground. He growled the went to try and bite behind the head to sufficate the serpent.
Rasskin: the snake hissed furiously, though it stuttered each time its head was wracked to the ground. Eventually it was too dazed to make much sound aside from a soft exhaling like hiss, growing higher pitched and more fervent as the teeth began to sing into its neck, air intake growing narrow. This caused the angel to turn his head, ears pinning back, not wanting to witness the act.
Kekoa :: Looking over at Rasskin to see that he was looking away from him. He moved away with the snake in his mouth to a place where the final act could be dealt smoothly. After killing the snake, he buried it in the ground. He trotted back towards the tree that his friend had taken refuge in. "The snake is no more, Rassy..." He said as he climbed the tree. He smiled lightly, " You alright?"
Rasskin: it was quiet once the finishing blow had been delivered, making the golden eyes peek back to see that his friend was indeed victorious. Relieved to see as such, he sighed silently, body relaxing just slightly. Tiny paws huddled to his chest, he gave a small nod in response, tail curling around himself for a means of comfort. He was used to being attacked by predatory creatures, but not usually in such an area. His guard must have been letting down. Lowering his head shamefully, he picks at the tuft of fur on his chest, scolding himself internally.
Kekoa :: Puts an arm over Rasskin's shoulder, pulling him close. "I promise to keep you safe..." He whispered as he rested his head on the other male's shoulder. His free paw rested on top the angelic male's paw. He certainly felt some sort of feelings for this soft individual.
Rasskin: His wings fluttered in surprised at the arm around him, and the warmth pressed close as he was pulled to the larger males body. Cheeks flushing, he blinked up to Kekoa, before quickly hiding his face by lowering it, "I-.. I'm sorry.. Kekoa.. I should have.. s-sensed.. it..."
Kekoa :: Blinks as he picks his head up from the other's shoulder. "Don't be sorry, Rasskin. The snake is gone and that's all that matters." He said softly as he kept the blue male close to him. He blushed lightly, "Is it wrong to like someone of the same gender?" Asking as he looked at Rasskin with his emerald eyes.
Rasskin: He nods a little, but still feels rather guilty. Kekoa was doing so much for him, and yet he did nothing in return. This would surely n** him in the rear eventually... His ears waver slightly at his comrade's question, his cheeks warming more. Flicking his tail tip, he keeps his gaze downward, "I-I.. I... d-d-don't.. know..." he murmurs, voice growing quieter, and quieter.
Kekoa :: Chuckles lightly as he looks up at the leaves. "I know my grandmother would have a hard time adjusting to her grandson finding a male lover." He said as if he was joking, but he was extremely serious. He knew in his heart that he had some feelings for the blue male. "Rasskin, what do you think of me?" Asking as he looked back at him. He wanted to hear what the angelic thought of him.
Rasskin: His body lowered more, growing weary of this conversation. Was Kekoa involved with another, and afraid what his grandmother might think? that was all too common a feeling for the tiny angel, his own family despising those who went against the 'forces of nature'. But his ears perked as another question was prompted, making him blink in confusion, looking up at the rather forward male. He tilted his head a little, and finally let his eyes lower down to the bark under him. He didn't know what to say.. what the right answer was. What would please the other, or make him mad... Rather conflicted, he pins his ears back, "y-you're... v-very..n-nice... an-and... have a p-pure..h-hea-heart.."
Kekoa :: Smiles at the answer he was given. He pulled Rasskin close to his body, wrapping his paws around him. "I have feelings for you, Rassy..." He whispered as his tail wrapped around the blue male's own tail. He hoped that he could be Rasskin's mate if they both grew in feelings for each other.
Rasskin: Fragile wings flitting as he was enveloped by the embrace of the other, his cheeks fully flourished with a hue of red, the heat quite intense. It made his eyes shoot up to look to his savior, his little heart giving a flutter. Feelings..? For him..? But why...? there was nothing he could give or offer to benefit Kekoa... and his grandmother! A distressed look crossed his face, a dainty paw placing to the strong chest of the orange fur, "K-K-ekoa.. yo-you can't... y-y-y-our... your.. gra-grandmother..." he murmurs, not wanting him to get in trouble... or to cause any disgruntlement in his family... or ruin it.
Kekoa :: Blinks, looking down at the dainty paw on his chest. "I can speak with her if it will help ease your uneasiness, Rasskin. I believe she will understand." Speaking as he nuzzles the blue male's red cheek. He hoped that his grandmother and father would approve of him and hopefully his mate, Rasskin.
Rasskin: A bit overwhelmed by the discovery of someone actually feeling something for him, his frail wings fluttered periodically, ears laying back as he curled up in the others arms. He was the only other he felt comfort in, other than his family that had taken him in as a kit. He was so innocent to these types of affections, and emotions, his tiny paw gently gripping to Kekoa's chest as he was nuzzled, the voices of his past echoing in his mind, "K-...Kekoa.. I-I'm... not..w-worthy.." his voice practically whimpers, a bit afraid, to be frank.
Kekoa :: Ears drooping as he hears the words from the soft male. "Rasskin...You are worthy in my eyes. Do you see lies in them?" Asking as he felt a bit sad at how the other was feeling. He looked into the blue male's golden eyes, hoping he would help comfort the other.
Rasskin: His eyes began to sting with tears that were beginning to form, making him press his face against Kekoa's chest to hide. His past haunted him like a shadow, always sneaking up and pulling him back down to reality, the words chiming and teasing his mind constantly like a plague. He didn't want to cause any pain for Kekoa, and he was afraid to feel anything at all. Kekoa was so strong and brave, and he so skittish and feeble.
Kekoa :: Pulling the small male closer to him for comfort. "Is there anything I can do to help?" He asked as he felt his heart sank at how Rasskin was acting. He felt horrible and wanted to make the soft male happy.
Rasskin: Clinging lightly to Kekoa, he took comfort in his hold and scent, trying to push back the memories and voices, nuzzling against the others soft chest. Gaining his bearings enough to speak, he let his head turn to the side to listen to the larger males heart, closing his eyes, slowly calming, "yo-you... do plenty... " he murmurs, a little paw petting the light fur on Kekoa's chest.
Kekoa :: Holds Rasskin gingerly in his arms as he rests against the tree trunk, smiling as he kept a look out for predators. "I promise to do whatever I can to make you happy..." He says as he gives a light nuzzle on Rasskin's head.
Rasskin: Enjoying how gently he was being handled, the little angel began to become more comfortable, and more calm, feeling safe and secure. His whole body relaxed eventually, mostly from the tender nuzzle, making him slowly peek his eyes open, "I-I'm... so weak... Kekoa... and... everything frightens me... " he murmurs, unable to figure out why in the world anyone could like a fox like himself.
Kekoa :: "Shhhhh...." Speaking as he put a paw to the other's lips. "Does it matter what you? All that matters is who you are to me, Rassy." Smiling as he tried to make the moment calm and quiet. His tail swished lightly as his heart beat slowly.
Rasskin: Blushing at the paw to his lips, he slowly looked up to the gallant male, eyes easing to a half-lidded position, eventually hesitantly nuzzling up against the soft fur of Kekoa's chest, curling up tightly. His eyes eased closed, and his paws clung weakly to his protector, lulling into a state of content.
