The Great Naruto Bridge (なると大橋, Naruto Ōhashi) is a long, wide bridge that was built to connect the Land of Waves to the Land of Fire, thus freeing his country from Gatō's trade monopoly. After Team 7 helps him complete the bridge by fending off Gatō's assassins, he names the bridge after Naruto Uzumaki for he had been the reason that the bridge was completed. The bridge itself is a long wide bridge with a small railing going along the distance though half of the bridge is covered and almost invisible do to the mist. The bridge is held up by large pillars comming from the water. There have been a few minor repairs to the structure which are obvious patchings different color from the orginal colors of the bridge but for the most part it stands strong withstanding the passage of time. After several days of non stop ravel Ryuu reached the end of the bridge.Deciding it was as good a time as any to make camp for the night. he opened his shinobi survival kit and took out some flint gathering kindling and wood he created a small fire and set up a tent nearby. he sat near the fire warming some rations as he looked up at the sky through the mist which was just begining to roll in across the water. The cool mist draping itself over ryuu like a cold towel. he moved closer to the fire to warm himself taking a bit of his rations.
His eyes and ears listening and looking for any sign of life other than what would usually be found in the local are. he could make out the shape of a fishing boat by the light hanging on the cabin. he could hear the sounds of birds and fish movign throught the wster. He could even hear the sounds of te local insects in the trees. he was at peace in nature.
He looked over the bridge to see how time had warn away the bridges paint and rusted the iorn in several places but the bridge still stood strong. He enjoyed this knowing that it could possibly be the last time that he was able to relax or even alive to attempt it. The great hunt had begun and he was leading the pack, hopfully other shinobi would join him in his quest. he would wait here at his camp for the night and the next day then he would cross the bridge and head into the mist village hopfully he would be met with a hand a friendship not a kunai in the back.

"your a long way from leaf little genin, arnt you. So what brings you here to help me, and are you sure your ready to take on this mission lord hokage would be upset with me if i let you come to any harm."
Ryuu put his fingers in his mouth and let out a loud whistle that echoed through the mist. A few seconds later a flock of birds landed within the camp. he pulled out several letter and tied them to the leg of each one sending them all off to each village. He knew that some of them would be recieved with great scepticism but he needed to rid the world of the bijuu for better or worse.
He then motioned for the genin to take a seat by the fire to warm himself and eat, they had a long journey ahead and there was no telling what would happen or how long it would be before they would get the chance to rest so now was the time to do so.

"Well then eat drink and rest until the morning because once this day is over were heading to each village in search of clues as to the last sighting of the bijuu. Also remember that we may be unwelcome in some villages and they may try to promote agression but we cannot attack them because we could start a war and we are not permitted by the hokage to do that.
Make sure to put the fire out before you come to bed, dont wanna burn down anything in a foreign country on our first day."
Ryuu turned and walked into the tent laying down on a bed roll and fallin asleep. However before going to sleep he added another bed roll for the genin on the other side of the tent just incase he had forgotten to bring his own supplies.

The sharp crack of hoof on wood, and the steady rumble and groan of a wagon echoed noisily over the bridge, joining the sound of the swirling waters as they gurgled and slopped by the pylons supporting the bridge. Between each heavy iron-shod step, flowed hushed tones of eerie humming, occasionally accented by the encouragement of a thunderous crack of the whip. Slowly the dark and blurred shape of a horse-drawn wagon and cloaked rider came into view of the camp.
As the stranger neared the camp, details became clearer, predominately how large the wagon driver was, and his long, thin gray beard and hair that hung messily from his head in tired tresses. A safe distance from the camp, the horse slowed to a stop, seemingly of its own volition, and with it the noise of the cart and song of the man. Giving an indignant snort the horse bobbed its dark head up and down a couple of times, then stilled, its heavy breathing audible in the mist filled air.
The large figure on the wagon lifted its head slowly, revealing the ancient, worn, and grim face of Yakuzai. The pale blue gray eyes, mostly invisible in the hazy mist, regarded first the horse, and then the campsite. Slowly, but with fluid ease the tall, faded figure stood. On the wagon he seemed positively gargantuan, his natural 6'5" being added to the height of the wagon. Stepping gracefully down from the wagon, Yakuzai moved to lead the horse to the opposite side of the bridge, where he unharnessed his horse, all without touching the beast, and provided it some grains to feed on. The tall Kiri-nin made no move to make a fire, he had no need of one. Instead he just sat with his back propped against a rock, not the most comfortable place to rest, but he did not need or want comfort.
As he sat there, his horse milling about, it alone looked to be quite the tired and aged beast, his eyes never left the other camp site. The large, wide-brimmed hat on his head though left his face in shadow of the distant fire. Slowly the haunting tune of his humming filled the campsite, giving the environment a touch of mad, other-worldliness.

As soon as the Mizukage made his entrance the humming faded to an uncomfortable silence. Yakuzai was a a mere monster of the bloody mist, at the top of the terrible food chain sat this man, Takashi. Whatever the face of kindness this man put out was backed by years of cruelty and vigorous slaughter. The mist knew fear, how to inspire it, how to manipulate it, and how to obey it. That is not today Yakuzai feared the Mizukage, he did not feel either way, death is always an option, but the consciousness known as Kyou appreciated life.
It was one of those odd things you see, how one predator bows and submits to the stronger predator. In the same respect Yakuzai, and his avatar of insanity Kyou Munashii, bowed to Takashi. Yakuzai is crazy, but not stupid, he knows death when he sees it.
Standing with the same easy grace that made him seem almost spidery due to his lanky features, Yakuzai stepped two paces towards the Mizukage, and took a knee, saluting his superior, his dry and dusty voice addressing, "Akiyama-sama"
Yakuzai was not the secretive type, he was a pariah even amongst the mist shinobi. He was used to being given a long leash due to his insanity. The kage would know all about him, that's the way it was done in Kiri. Yakuzai was not a name he would be known by in Kiri, or anywhere else for that matter. Names are taken from you in the Bloody Mist. To Takashi he would simply be Kyou Munashii.

Their landing had been rough, or at least, it felt like it should have been. Normally, Ryu guided him along with constant grace, but it was different with more than one person. Damen dropped to the ground softly, turning as he looked at Ryu, and then at Sito. They didn't know where to be; hell, This bijuus could be anywhere, and the last thing he wanted to do was confront them so early. "Guys, what are you two doing here without my permission?" He was trying to and was actually starting to regain the norm of emotions back. Damen didn't feel the need to dwell on the past...

Hatsumi had landed in a nearby tree and deciding to keep her distance she called out, "Which one of you is this Ryuu character that sent a most interesting letter to me in my office?" She asked boldly. She was not afraid of either the Mizukage or the Hokage. Indeed both were very strong. However, that did not mean that she was weak because she was a kage of a small village. She knew that she could very easily compete on their level.

"forgive me lord hokage. I am her because of the threat that we all face from these monsters attacking our or any other village"
Ryuu kneels before the hokage respectfully, he then rises and turns to the other new comer. He notices that she is also a kage and bows again.
"I am ryuu and i have requested the help of shinobi from all of the world to help stop these demons, together we stand a much better chance of defeating them. They are to powerful to be left wandering the world unchecked and they are also to much of a risk if they were to fall into the wrong hands. I know that we may not all agree on everything but this we can atleast agree on.
I accept full punishment for my actions if i have offended any of the other villages let the blame fall on me and me alone not with the leaf the hokage or this genin here with me."
