Yes, I heard about this recently. Someone had posted something off of Billy West's website on another board of mine. Also... there was an article posted on another other board before that.
S'awesome.

McKenzie Movie movies? Like two hours+ of straight futurama? I don't know the details, but I'd imagine they'd be closer to 90 minutes each. Even so, that'd be 6 new hours of Futurama total. And if they sell well... who knows, they could get picked back up. biggrin

I imagine it'll be more of a close to the series. Four DVD movies... like with the types of things Groening had wanted to do but couldn't due to network standards. Ah, the joy of unrated content.

It'd be a bad move to wrap up the series with em. there's a huge Futurama following. I'm surprised Groening and pals hadn't jumped on the Family Guy bandwagon sooner. (Especially after Futurama got a shout out in the Family Guy movie)

There are Futurama Comic books...Fry and Leela are married. It's a little weird.
I'm just worried that the legacy of Futurama might get messed up. Hopefully not though. I have faith.

Hi Aaron/Valgav,
*Just discovers this forum!*
Oooo surprised ! I had a friend who did character layouts for Futurama. I wonder if they re-hired her back for the movies?

=O
I can't wait. I wish they had more seasons. My friend's dad is actually a good friend of Bender's voice actor before he got the job. He had a petition going on a couple years ago to get Futurama back on the air.
