I don't want to bear with the 3 most important roles in this roleplay, therefore I have decided to trust it upon you guys.
I'd like to ask you to demonstrate what kinda character you'd be like if you were the Head-Captain, or the "New Urahara".
Here you will read some instructions and tips.
Head-Captain
He's not like Yamamoto, strict but still acceptable and nice at times, nor is he like the previous Head-Captain in the I GOT BLEACHED guild, all sweetheart.
This Soutaichou is like the captain you never wanted. He likes to interfere with all happenings in Soul Society, and wants to rule everything in it. He is not on good terms with most of the shinigami and he doesn't really care for the lives.
He loves money and power, being in a leader position. He is from a noble family, so he is used to luxury.
He hates lazy soul reapers, and if anybody has fun around him, he gets angry about it.
He tries to stay confident and frigid for most of the time, but if somebody really annoys him, he will burst out in anger.
The "New Urahara"
With this character, you decide on personality, characteristics. Bottom line is that the Human World needs a guy who they can trust upon in soul stuff, where they can buy some good items, where the mod souls can live at.
- You do not have to post a profile, or anything. No name is required, but if you'd like, feel free to add.
- Imagine a situation, a fight scene, or just a simple day. Write down how this character would act like, what they would do.
I will choose the winner depending on writing skills, and how they managed to grasp the personality, the feelings of the character.

Now Now 3 questions.... can we still do this even if someone already has 3 profiles?
Can we still do this if we have no intention of actually being the head captain and what not....

Holy Emperor Raigin Vice Captain

Raigin awoke from a terrible nightmare sitting bolt upright. Sweat covered his entire body despite the cool damp evening. His breathing was ragged and his long blond hair plastered to his face obscuring his vision slightly. "What... was that..." he panted. Throwing his legs over the side of his bed he rested his head in his hands. They were callused and strong from a life long forgotten. A dream already passed, which brought nothing but terror in its wake.
Standing he walked over to a small bathroom and splashed water in his face before looking at his own reflection. He saw a tired middle aged man with shoulder length blond hair and deep blue eyes. His features soft and subtle, did not entirely match those eyes. His face looked innocent and care free but the eyes showed a troubled past, his shoulders slouched as if under a heavy burden. "No more pizza before bed for you..." he mumbled pointing at his reflection.
His attention was drawn to the front of the shop as a frantic knocking could be heard at the door. "Help, somebody help me!" called a woman's voice. She seemed panicked and terror stricken, which meant there was probably trouble afoot. "Well cant keep a lovely woman waiting, can we?"he said to his reflection before making his way to the front of the shop.
Grabbing an umbrella from a bin in front of the door, it was raining heavily tonight. As he opened the door he looked out seeing no one standing there and for a moment though he may have been pranked, only to find a young woman sitting huddled against the door. She had long brown hair and soft lips. His eyes trailed over her body for a moment before he spoke. "Fear not madam your Shining knight has arrived!" he said with a smile. The girl clung desperately to him sobbing into his chest. "My... my boyfriend... he, we..." she sobbed.
Figures shes not single He thought with a sigh. Raigin was about to ask more when he realized she was actually a spirit. Which meant her boyfriend had either been alive still and she didnt realize she was dead, or...
With a loud crash his thought was finished for him as a large hollow arrived just a few feet down the alley way. Almost instantly he found the young girl behind him instead of in front of him. He had barely noticed her move! Looking at the hollow he sighed, "Sorry dude shops closed." he said lazily. With a roar the hollow took a threatening step forward. In reaction Raigin pushed the girl back into the shop as if he had bumped into her while taking a step back causing her to fall over.
The hollow charged then, taking advantage of the slip. Raigin looked at the white mask as it darted about in the darkness menacingly. It was fast, but he could track it easily. Raising the Umbrella he spun it grabbing onto the base firmly with his other hand. With a click the base came free and became a sword hilt that was screwed into the bottom of the umbrella.
As the hollow slashed at the umbrella, knocking it aside he would find the man already gone. the girl still falling, turned away from the hollow. She couldn't run and didn't see him, an easy meal...
With a scream the hollow was sliced in two down the mask on the left side. As it disappeared into nothingness Raigin stood on the other side of the hollow, in his hand a glistening blade with black blood dripping from its tip. With a quick spin he caught the umbrella in midair and re-sheathed the blade and ended where he had begun as if nothing had happened at all.
Turning he looked at the girl who lay facing into the shop. "Are you alright?" he asked holding out a hand.Shocked the girl looked at him puzzled before taking his hand. "W-what about that monster?" she asked. "Monster? what monster?" he asked feigning confusion. "You merely stepped inside and tripped on the door mat." he lied using his feet to scrunch up the door mat before she could look.
In his mind he thought over that last instant.He had easily ducked to the side behind the cover of the umbrella and waited for the moment to run across the hollows path with his blade, an old trick he so loved. "So would you like to come inside?" he asked with a smile. Defeated the girl took his arm and they walked inside.
Oh yeah I still got it...

However, this post is a little bit too long. Even though I read it all, I wonder if the other roleplayer's would do it as well? At first, believe me I didn't want to. It's really good that you have it in short, seperate paragraphs, but it still is a bit too long. You are actually the first one to post an actual entry! *banzaiiii!*
I see that there are a lot of personality points that are similar with Urahara's, but that is OK c: {Just kinda wanted to seem smart with this saying, you know ._.}
Just on a side note, "nothingness" sounds weird...
There are some minor problems, like "cant", without apostrophe, or lack of spaces or commas...
Also, how about decorating post? If you get to be the Living-World-Guy, will you try to add a picture, or give it a color or something?

well alot of these problems are answered very simply and I will take them in stride for you. first and foremost I dont usually write this much, but this was a special circumstance so i went a bit above and beyond. The apostraphes have always been a problem for me but im starting to catch them a little bit more. Also There are 2 aptops in my house, one (The cpu I was using) cpu space bar messes up sometimes by not working at all and then randomly clicking wherever the mouse happens to be... very annoying. As for the personality trait close to Uruhara... yeah i guess, but this is a character of mine who i got some of the inspiration for him from Uruhara. He was originally a bard known simply as the bard, whos blade was hidden in a guitar on his back. he isnt haunted by accidently creating the hogyoku or anything, hes haunted by having turned on his own country to save the woman he loved and try to end a bloody war... only to have her killed by the king he had betrayed. so hes supposed to be dead under one name and a hero under another. its a long story. As for the "nothingness" part I was actually in a rush at the end because someone needed the cpu for homework. This also answers your last question because I was unable (And didnt think of doing it since these were supposed to be samples(Raigin may not even be his name)) to beautify my post, which i normally do... Thank you for the compliments and the constructive criticism, I am always glad to entertain.

Burasu Junjo - Head Captain As the Soutaichou, Burasu Junjo, walked into the mess hall of the Seireitei, everyone inside felt as if the temperature had just dropped about 20 degrees.Burasu was completely and utterly repulsed.'How horrible it is, that I, the leader of the Gotei 13, Soutaichou Burasu Junjo, must eat with these disgusting pigs I ache to call Shinigami while my own personal dining area is still being finished; they have yet to melt down more gold for the paint.'Burasu trudged over to his "designated dining area" near the front of the mess hall, accompanied by many of his newly appointed servants; all of which carried his own personal dining equipment and food.As his servants set up his table, Burasu stood to make an announcement to the entire crowd, who had grown quite silent since his arrival."Now, as you all very well know, a new section of the seireitei is being built so I may eat my meals in peace away from your filth, but for the time being I am left with no other option then to eat here, because you all so rudely destroyed the previous; so I've taken the liberty of setting some ground rules:
Number one! - Not a single word to me.
Number two! - No loud chatter, none whatsoever being the preferred option.
and Number three! - Absolutely no destruction of property!
Do we have an understanding...? Good!
Now shut the hell up!" (I thought I'd keep this on the short side and have it not be anything too important. Just something to show how he thinks and how people think of him. =3)

Like guys in OHSHC, but still, inside being a little grumpy, and stuff... or, like a military colonel, or something? This personality would be great as well, just not like the one I have thought of... Although it would be interesting as well to have it this way, I think?

Also, based on the post he feels to be a bit young. I have also thought of having an oldie, like with a moustache, whose like a fatherly character, but not kind and understanding at all. But this young characteristic is very interesting as well.
