A few hours ago, I think I had a lovely little heart attack.
Not to mention a serious, screaming fangasm.
...MUSE GOT BEST ROCK ALBUM.
WHAT NOW.
Not to mention kicking serious a** in their performance...The Resistance stage, miniaturized to a certain extent, with some theatrics in the anarchical rioter department. And pyrotechnics. Arcade Fire's the best live act in the world? Zeta thinks not.
I get to gloat to my intensely Pearl Jammy English teacher tomorrow about this victory.

Grammys? I always thought they were those awards that actors would put at the very back of the cupboard...y'know...because amongst so many golden globes, and everything else, a grammy is like...the 1-cent sweet in the candy store.
...Or has the simpsons gone and warped my mind again? xd

Oh? I've never actually watched. The only award shows I've ever watched have been the VMAs (like, once), the Brits, the NME awards and the Mercury Music Prize. Always the musical ones. And only because I'm scouting for new bands to listen to. Heard Hot Chip for the first time watching the latter. biggrin

Yeah, that's the only reason I watched it. LOL. Not sure if they played Hysteria...I mean, I know they played that at the Brits with all the flashy green side-ways shuffling. But yeah. Watched the VMAs aaaagees ago...back when MTV2 was cool, MTV was almost worth watching, and Zane Lowe was talking to all the cool bands on Gonzo.

Ah. Guess it wasn't the same one then.
LMFAO. I have to say though, I find it funny that my way of remember Muse chronology is by remembering Matt's outfits. Like, anything with the pinstripe suit is definitely 2004. biggrin Or like, the long white coat...or the red one.

I always have a fangasm whenever I see him on TV or in a magazine wearing his American flag shirt...he wore that for the Resistance tour...which was the one Jello and I saw. XD
Must say...I'm fond of his red suit too...I wish he'd bring that back.
