   Haven't you asked this on the Pokemon forum like a million times already?
But anyway, I find Flying-types to be best at Jumping. If you want, Legendaries have very good Pokeathlon stats so maybe a team of Legendaries will help you win. But it's not just about the Pokemon, it's also about skill. You need to be good at the courses to get a good score, so keep practicing with the team you want to use and some time you'll get the score you want.
If you want a laugh and don't care about winning, use Diglett.... It's pretty funny but you will never win using a Diglett. xd
