It's new in US (not a clue about anywhere else).
But anyways, it's a Manga that will be Previewed in Next months Shonen Jump (again US) that is a cross over of Dragon Ball and One Piece.

Then again I don't even like graphic novels much, so what can I say.

Anyways I read it in the newest shonen jump and although kinda silly, I rather liked it.
