Do: Book the best matches for Mania, close up big feuds, try to re-invent or re-structure the company for the next year, push younger talent to establish old stars, bring in older stars for nostalgia moment, go big in matches to leave an impression on the audience
Don't: Do the same thing you've been doing all year, bring in celebrities the fans hate (unless we're supposed to hate them for the segment...i.e. Pete Rose), put on s**t matches with terrible booking

Do: Put over Young Talent if you deem them ready.
Don't: Put someone like Diesel over young talent for no reason other than nostalgia.
Do: Utilize the Rock.
Don't: Have the Rock wrestle if he's too "Ring Rusty".
Do: Close out Feuds.
Don't: Close out feuds, only to continue them at Backlash... or whatever it's called now.

Do: Let the newer guys get over on the guys on the way out. We need to push the next generation or no one will give a s**t. The Miz is a great frontman for the newer guys right now.
Don't: Cut down the young guys.
Do: Put on good matches and end current feuds. That's what Mania is for to end feuds and begin new ones.
Don't: Continue current feuds.
Don't: Have the show center around The Rock.
Don't: Have Orton win.
Don't: Have Cena win.

Don't: give the vs Taker match to someone who hasn't earned it yet.
Do: give the vs Taker match to someone who, at the very least, has a built-up rivalry with him (maybe Kane, but lets not get too hopeful).
Do: Push the next generation. We need them, and time will only shape them.
Don't: Keep shoving stars like Orton and Cena down our throats.
Don't: Have the Rock dominate the entirety of the show. However:
Do: Have him play some role other than guest host at WM (perhaps special referee?).
Do: Have Awesome Kong debut at WM. (Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease?)

Do: Put Jim Ross on commentary (because they wouldn't put Cole and Lawler for their match)...
Don't: Have Cena winning AGAIN the WWE Title...
Do: End Taker's streak (sick and tired of hearing Taker add another on his streak)...
Don't: Take away MiTB match...
Do: Have Punk win the match with Orton...
Don't: Let Orton squash Punk just because he's a fan favorite...
