Wanted to let you guys know that my dog Mange passed away yesterday. She had congestive heart failure and the woman watching her couldn't bear to see her suffer knowing that there was no way for her to recover, and had her euthanized to spare her the pain. I wasn't able to be there to make the decision because she was being watched by someone else (we can't have dogs where we live at the moment) and the woman and I were not getting along with each other until yesterday. Somehow having to deal with this helped us set aside our differences. Still, I'm proud to have gotten the chance to know and take care of Mange, she was a great dog.
