Okay, so my wardrobe is in some DIRE need of help.
With all this military moving and marrying and more moving (I am typing this up as I am packing up my house...) I let my closet dwindle away. My husband has TONS of clothes and I barely have enough to pack up... dramallama
I don't think I even have the basics...mostly because I don't even know what they are. (Haven't shopped since I got my wedding dress. sweatdrop )
So when I finally get back to Texas I am going on a 400$ shopping spree!
What do I need!? What do you suggest?
My style is mostly jeans and t-shirts but I'd like to spruce it up and make it a little girlier but not too dressy on a daily basis. (I love cardigans and I really like fun, vintage inspired outfts) I'd like to spread my dollar as far as possible but I totally understand that you pay for quality and I'd like something that will be quality.
So here is ya'lls chance to play dress up! And help a girl in need. rofl

Get some vintage style dresses if you like that kind of thing, Before I go shopping for new clothes I always browse the internet and see what I want. I usually only wear dresses and cardigans, or leggings with long tops. I think it's really down to personal taste x

If you're looking for basics, stock up on camis, for sure. You never know when you're gonna need one and in what color. Forever 21 has some cheap ones that are good quality.

I second this! Forever 21 has really nice, vintage-esque stuff. And the prices are pretty good, too (: They also have nice accessories to pair outfits with. ..And their jeans are like.. 15 dollars. I swear I've replaced all my old ones with them > .>;;;

Aeropostale has really cute necklaces and earrings. My friend bought me a layered necklace for my birthday, and it goes with everything. 3nodding

I don't have a Forever 21 here but there is one close by back home, so that's a win. Would you say the quality is good?
And accessories are a must so I will write down Aereopostale on my list too. That's another store we don't have here but back home.

Personally I find blouses and tunics more feminine than t-shirts c: And combined with jeans, they don't have to be too dressy, if you wear it with casual pants/skirts c:

But then, I'm the sort of person who wants years of use from one pair, so I could just be being picky.

The shirts that are more thinly woven have a tendency to develop mysterious holes. Their camis are great, though. Mine have lasted me a year. They also have some great quality dresses. Go to the store. If it feels sturdy, it probably is. If it doesn't it's not. You won't get any humongous surprises in that regard. Just use your best judgment.

I have a pair that looks like it's about to retire, and one of the belt loops ripped off and had to be stitched ;o; I figure I'd just get another pair (or you know, be smart and get another brand.. XD!!)

They do have nice quality for what you get :3 I have a shirt and dress I got almost a year ago, both are still in good shape heart Although you reaallly need to read the washing instructions with some of the clothes. I got a hoodie in december, fit perfectly, then I washed it differently once and it shrank ><; I also suggest buying things from the store so you can try them out first, sometimes I find that different sizes on shirts and blouses fit me differently then my actual size.
