Personality: Tegan, a rather negative fellow. He's quiet most of the time and only speaks when being threatened or asked a question. When thrown into a complicated situation he still refuses to speak unless using a jutsu, or if he feels the need to tear down his opponents mentality. He likes to invade and get inside someones mind so to say. Tegan during fights though can seem rather angered easily and rageful, often wanting to end the fight fast if need be.

Tegan was a musical prodigy in the Sound Village, during Orochimaru's reign that is. During this time Tegan was able to bring some sort of happiness to his village as a little child, playing a wide variety of musical instruments and being able to calm people down with just the sound of his voice. That was all until he was taken away from his family by Orochimaru. He was sent quickly down into the test labs that Orochimaru used to test out his schemes and his various plots to use against ninja's or to make them much more...potent so to say. Tegan learned the hard way what his leader was doing to the children who were becoming skilled ninja. Orochimaru saw talent in Tegan, he saw skills that he could harness from the boy. Without much warning Tegan was chained into a prison like wall and was stabbed with various needles and was tested on with different serums. Most of the experiments had no affect on Tegan, his body naturally rejected it and he usually ended up throwing it up. Even though it seemed to have no affect, the long term causes seemed to show up in his daily life after Orochimaru was taken down and the sound village successfully being rebuilt.
Tegan showed strange emotional problems, after home or at work he seemed shy, quiet, and not outspoken at all. Although during fights, or during arguments he becomes rageful and insulting towards other who are near him. The doctors of the village suspected that he had what was known as multiple personality disorder locked deep within himself was someone evil, someone who enjoyed killing, someone Tegan had no control over when it comes to fights. All of this though didn't stop him from becoming Otokage, his superior skills in musical understanding and his ability to think and be intelligent earned him the title of Otokage, although during that time many people refused to take the roll anyways, fearing that they would become just like Orochimaru, or fearing that he may return. Tegan on the other hand did not care, if that b*****d returned or not, he'd tare Orochimaru limb from limb if he did decide to show up. Although that was probably just wishful thinking on his part.
In Tegan's time he has written many Opera's and many Orchestra pieces thus giving name to the Sound Village as the Village of Music once again. He has transformed most of the village into a great place for performing arts and entertainment. People from around the world have came to visit the Sound Village, finding their stay rather comfortable and nice. Tegan's main goal was to bring the Sound Village's reputation back up, to make it into a musical country it should have been instead of the dark, devious, past it once held.

Valentine can be a very, very morbid person. Often talking about corpses or blood in general. During fights he loves to act flirty, and tends to try and seduce his opponent, whether they are either gender. Although its not just during fights, even outside of them he can be rather alluring to others. When he becomes thirsty he wont take much time to kill the opponent to drink their blood.

Valentine was born into the snowy village of Yukigakure. Although when he was born he was different them most of the others in the village. His mother frantically rushed him to the hospital after she saw what seemed to be fangs and his need to drink blood. The doctors diagnosed him with a severe form of Anemia, something of which they have never seen before. For the first few days of his life, Valentine was forced to be given blood that was donated by others to keep himself alive, over the time he spent in the hospital his parents became poor and couldn't afford to keep him their. Instead they took him from the hospital and just donated their own blood to him for the time being. Valentine realized that he had to be stronger, to be tougher for his family, so he became a ninja. He was much better then the other students at learning Genjutsu's and his pale skin didn't seem to set him apart from the others, until they were caught by him during late hours of the night and their blood quickly drained form their body. One time at the Academy a girl had made a rude remark about him, during the night Valentine followed her and quickly drained her dry of her blood, ripping at her neck with his teeth. He became rejected by the village, forced out of the academy. His mother who had came down with Tuberculosis succumbed to it and died. His father burried her in the backyard since they couldn't afford a proper buriel.
Over the years Valentine began to slowly loose his sanity, his father as well, as they were forced into poverty. Vincent's father would often come in and beat him, blaming him for his wife's death, he'd come home drunk and destroy the house. Valentine was almost declared by the village to be placed into a small building and locked in. Or they thought of the other idea, to silently kill them and make it seem like nothing out of the ordinary had happened. Valentine was lucky to hear about this and was able to escape one cold, chilly night. What little happiness he had left was gone and was now placed with a fake smile that he has kept on his face. Valentine couldn't have made it far if it wasn't for the black robed figure, with clouds decorating it. They saw great potential in Valentine, seeing how different he was, and his abilities and how strong he was. Valentine was given blood, and a place to stay to keep himself alive.
