When the Hoshikage died the village was sent into a state of chaos, that was the moment that Lloyd stood up to the challenge to lead his people.Lloyd isn't the best ninja, however he was the best in his village. Lloyd was born and raised up in the star village.He joined the Ninja academy at age 12 and he progress rather averagely. Despite this however he soon grew into a well respected Shinobi. His personality leaves allot to be desired but despite that he is loved by ll he comes across and he has a knack for inspiring people to make greatness of them self's. He also has come up with a philosophy that if you prepare for anything then when an opportunity arises you will be able to benefit form it. He calls it the formula for luck and as such he was later nicknamed Lucky.
After being appointed Kage Lloyd began to train in the old ways of his village which was to learn to harness the power of the meteorite and use that power in special techniques. Lloyd strives hard to perfect these techniques and rise above any challenge that the village may face. He will protect his village and it's people with his very life if he has to.
