 Recovery was off on his own kicking up dust with his tiny cloven blue hooves. He looked unusually troubled for you see His parents or at least who he thought were his parents had just chosen to tell him that Thesh-ah the mare he had been happily calling mother for the last 5 months of his childhood was not in fact his real mother that . .some other mare by the name of Repossession was in fact his mother and that soon . . .they would be going to meet her.
Angrily he had run off on his own into the woods . . .though he was more hurt confused and worried than anything. His father had attempted to come after him but Mother . . .-No . . .Thesh-ah not his mother had stopped him saying.
"give the boy time . ..its a lot to deal with BrakenHide."
So many questions swirrled throught the young stallions mind.
why isn't Thesh-ah my mom? why didn't dad stay with my real mom? . . .why did my real mom not take me? . . .and some other more troubling thoughts

Sohalia swirled through the warm sky. She had been use to being awake during the day, but that was going to have to change soon if she wanted to take after her family's lineage. Her dad was the Angeni of Lunar... he got his power from the moon, and her mother, was the Angeni was dreams.... And she walked the dreams of others. With the power of the moon, she would be able to dream walk... She wanted to keep up with her family... But did she really want to loose the day light?
But her thoughts were broken, when she had just down a spin, and something bright blue caught her eyes. She slowed down and started to lower herself, wanting to know what it was. She quickly landed, and saw that it was a foal. "Oh... What an interesting color you have." She said to him.

His head hung low all he could see was a set of four dainty black hooves land before him . . .with two tiny pairs of wings on the back two.
Slowly he raised his head, as his gaze lifted his heart raced. Two sets of wings . . . it was a an Angie. Beings of divine grace to glimpse one foretold good fortune, to see one meant greatness, to meet one was the highest of honers besides meeting the gods themselves.
However there was one minor detail that troubled him. she was his size . . . just a foal. Surely such divine beings didn't actually grow up as he did he had always just assumed angie were always adults that they weren't born they just were.
however he wasn't quite so shocked as to forget his manners. He bent a wobbly Knee in a bow of greeting and spoke gently.
"Thank you might i say your rather interesting in your own rite. My name is Recovery at your service.."
then he stood back up

Sohalia smiled and she giggled. "No need to be so formal... I'm just like you." She knew that some breeds held her's in high regard. Sure they were a but different but they were still horses. "I'm Sohalia~ " She chimed. "I'm still a little new to the Earth though. I live with my father in the heavens." She walked a little closer to him, and she peered at his horn. "Are you a uni?"

he looked puzzled for a moment
" . . .formal? this is how i was taught to greet any one i meet . . . to be truthful i actually felt kinda silly as couldn't think of anything better to state before a divine being." he gave pause for a moment as if he had forgotten something "ah haha and i actually forgot a part it is "I am recovery Son of Thesh-ah and Brakenhide at your service." but . . .i suppose its inaccurate anyway seeing as how the mare i thought was my Thesh-ah by name is really just . . .a friend of my fathers." his voice drifted a moment but then he perked right back up.
"Sohalia? What a lovely name its kinda like speaking the wind almost. not in sound but in manner . . .saying it is almost like whistling i think. Sohalia."
her question took him a tad aback from enjoying repeating her name "uni? ah hahahah i am a lot of things don't get me wrong but . . .i don't think uni i one of them the horn is of my fathers line pure kirn. my mother was mostly a mutated line i hear hence my . . .don't think this rude but-" he then stuck out his rather long blueish black tongue at her. his father would have nearly had a heart attack him showing his tongue to not only a filly but to an Angie filly at that. The thought caused him to laugh with his tongue still wriggling about out of his mouth he slurped it back in.
"So . . ." he looked up at the clouds "whats it like up there?" he asked

Well maybe it wasn't so strange. But it wasn'tsomething Soha had been use too. She listened to him talk and was curious about his mother, only being a freind of his fathers. Sound like her parents. She glanced to the side, as she thought about it, and then looked down at his tongue.
"Oh, how interesting..." She said softly, as she watched it wriggle around. "Recovery... Well I think this is all fasincating. You're mother has mutations? I haven't ever met anyone like you before."
Sohalia giggled lightly. "Up there?" She looked up. "It's well... Not to much different from here, but only Angeni, and it doesn't look the same at all! But I like it... It's always comfortable,"

Craneing his neck upward to look at just the wide blue sky beyond the trees he squinted. "comfortable eh? Yea I can see that for sure. All those clouds and the amazing view. Sometimes I lay on my back and pretend I'm flying." he admitted with a dreamy sigh.
" no one like me ya say? Well I guess that makes us even because I've never met anyone like you either!" he laughed with a little snort at the end.
Suddenly embarrassed by the snort he blushed deeply and tuned his face away in a shy manner "sorry about that dad says I'll grow out of doing that pretty soon."
