i hope you don't mind a little cretique...? anyway....your first pic is...if im not mistaken....that guy in one piece who likes nami....he's ok...except i really dont like his hat, way too deformed...his face is at an odd angle...the second one is of zoro...? right?and you say its your favorite? i dont like it at all...his mouth is not like that...his nose is way to small....and those earings look like a piece of his skin dangling...the third one is just way too out there...the drawings are plain weird...the scarf is like a child's handdrawing...the hole thing is just hideous....the third one is weird...although the hair is alright i just completely hate it....
-flame haze...i am sorry if i am too mean...after all i learn how to draw from the best....if only i have some device to put it to the computer...than i would show you my manga....^^

Methinks you lack shading. Have you discovered how to adjust layer transparency yet? Or at least the burn-dodge tool? I know photoshop is cool, but don't get too carried away with the special effects. The best art can be produced without them.
