Raiin sat in her bedroom marveling at the bright orange colors. She loved orange so much, and they knew it.
Maybe they have a mind reader on their school construction and designing team, Raiin thought happily.
She ran into the living room, you could tell by the look on her face she loved it too, she just had to push the furniture a little further apart. It was white and red more bright colors. The red complemented the white perfectly and she had aligned the furniture just rigth so it was roomy and not that uncomfortable for guests and roommates. It was perfect, she just had to wait until her roommates came inside.

"I guess so, I am Raiin. With two 'I's." Raiin winked at Violet.
Raiin moved over to the girl and smelt her. She raised her eyebrows at the scent, it was female and male but not at the same time. The person infront of her was a Gender shifter. One of the last she knew alive, or so she guessed.
Raiin felt weird a pain in her pelvis emerged and she saw her tail had grown out, usually only her ears stayed up when she was disguised as a human being!

Daniel pulled his large suitcase over to a dorm room. He read the number on the door and on the key card just to make sure it was the right one. After validating it, he shoved the key into the lock and opened the door. There stood two girls: a purple headed one, and a wolf like female. A smile spread over his face as he set his suitcase aside and approached them. They seemed to be conversing about something. Though the purple haired girl seemed to be a little weirded out. He pressed on. "I hope I'm not interrupting a conversation but I think I'm your roommate, Daniel. Or Dan, that's fine too." The sincerity in his voice had shown through heavily, and you could tell he was truthful. Daniel was handsome, and he acted like a gentleman. Many women have liked him in the past, but he never paid attention to them. But maybe, he'll find a girl he loves, and who loves him back at this school. However, he couldn't get his hopes up very much. Still, he was interested in these girls. They were unique, and different.

Immediately when Daniel walked in her heart fluttered. He was hot and seemed kind, and maybe even a gentleman. Her older boyfriends treated her like s**t so she punished them. They were left to rot in a little cave she found about 5 miles back.
"I...I'm Raiin." She stuttered.
If she could get him than maybe she wouldn't leave him to rot even if he was rude to her, his body is too... overpowering to be left with no companion.
Rain put her head down shy, though she usually wasn't. Her cheecks were blushing cherry red so she tried to hide her face.
She stood up and walked slowly to Daniel and held out her smooth hand. She looked up at him and smiled even though she couldn't control her blushing face.
"H...how are you?" She batted her eyes and tilted her head to the side in attempt to flirt.

Being a girl meant reading other female’s emotions more easily. It was what Violet considered a “girl” thing, because she swore a lot of other females did it too. Then again with how Raiin suddenly became so shy and blushed like that, it didn’t take a genius to figure out she was suddenly quite smitten with their roommate. “Heh.” Violet shook her head a bit as Raiin batted her eyelashes. Ah, people and their “love at first sight” sort of deals. It was cute. “Thanks, I’ll make sure to hold you to it Daniel.”


“Sorry but I believe I’ll pass on that. I’m eager to get to know y’all too but…” Violet rolled her shoulders in a light shrug of sorts. “I’ve been running around all day as is, so I think I’ll just kick back here and chill.” Violet commented easily as she stretched a bit and smiled at the pair. May as well let the crushee go with the crush in peace. “Have fun though. I’m going to go hog the TV~” Though where she headed first was not the living room. It was actually the kitchen, where she prepared herself a cold soda and grabbed a bag of chips she found stashed away in the cupboard. This school was sparing no expense on treating their students like royalty were they?

Now that she was set, Violet migrated to the living room and did exactly as she said she would do. Chill. Without a thought she flopped onto the long white couch and propped her feet up on the armrest as she stretched out over the couch. So what if it wasn’t ladylike? She wasn’t out to impress anyone!

Oh so this girl could read thoughts too? Tch, friggen telepaths. "Keep your mind to yourself!" Violet called from her spot on the couch as she opened the bag of chips. "I don't wanna have to start putting up boundaries or get violent." she added before popping a chip into her mouth. Violet wasn't as skilled with her psychic powers...meaning she wasn't a master but she could still use them fairly well. It seemed like guarding her thoughts entirely would be needed here. She hated it when people pried whether it was on purpose or accidental. "Thanks hun!"

Now, to see what was on TV~
Violet picked up the remote and began to flip through the channels. Clicking through them all so fast one would wonder if she even saw what was on the channel before going to the next. Mm...nothing all that interesting on. Damn.

Daniel smiled at Violet's response and actions, for that's exactly what he wanted to do. Though his prompt personality wouldn't let him do so. Raiin's response made his eyes open as big and bright as a full moon. Her next scentence made a soft blanket of sympathy spread over his face. "Yes yes, poetry is very nice. And its fine, I don't really care if you read my thoughts, I don't really think deeply very often." He opened the door and prepared to say something, but the feud between Violet and Raiin made him stay quiet. His shoulders shrug and a smile came over his face. Eventually they will become friends, after spending time in a dorm together. As their feud ended, Dan motioned towards Raiin to come first as he opened the door for her. Her comment about impatience sparked a smile on his face. "Its not impatience, its eagerness. And of course, ladies first." he waited for her to make her next move.
