Sound Village Techniques
These are the techniques in which are only capable of being learned by those who are Snow Ninja. These techniques are found within the Hidden Village of Snow.
Metal Sound Whistle Jutsu
Rank: 'D', 'C', ‘B'
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: It searches for a hollow sound(Ear Canal) or metal type object(Earring), and once found, it with knock off a series of loud clings. The higher the rank the more loud the cling is, the more efficient sound to where it is. The user will get as close as they can to the enemy and use the whistle, if the person seemingly has earrings or something metal on or around their ear they will be defended to a great extent for a long period of time, but only 8 or 9 posts, Buzzing will occur towards the end when it will stop, the enemy will hit a series of headaches, and bloody noses until it ends. The buzzing, headaches, and bloody noses obviously occupying the enemy for an attack. If the person does NOT have any metal around their ears the whistle will not be as magnified and will not last as long. If no metal, same occurrence will happen but for a shorter period of time, and hurts less.
Special: Peace style fingers covering mouth but able to whistle
Drawback: User will have his or her hearing senses and abilities weakened greatly, because of such close range usages. Their senses will be dulled almost as much as the opponent. The close range of the attack is allowing a feedback of the same loud buzzing noise, the only thing is that it is a little less vivid and the user doesn’t hurt as bad as the opponent. They would have dizziness and possibly a headache but nothing else. Depending on the Rank it’ll last longer,

Allies will not be effected to much because their distance from the whistle wont be too short distanced, they will most likely receive a high pitched whistle making them receive a short headache, 2-3 posts.
Description: Once you whistle you will hear clings, loudness and lowness depending on your rank.
* B Rank;; The loudness of the whistle is louder, much louder. The effects of the whistle will last much longer than if you were a C-Rank. 7-6 Posts for B Rank(Metal) 5-6 for B Rank(No Metal).
* C Rank;; The loudness of the whistle is semi loud, but not as loud as a B Rank. The effects of the whistle will last half the amount of time of the B Rank, 4-5 Posts (Metal), 3-4 (No Metal).
* D Rank;; The loudness of the whistle is practically dull, but it still can cause an ear bleed because of the pitch. The headaches and nose bleeds will only last practically a post. 2-3 Posts(Metal), 1-2 Posts(No Metal). (Only Headaches and Nose Bleeds)
Battle Technique; Enemy will be deafened, gain headaches, bloody noses, and Heavy Buzzing

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user releases a sound-wave that vibrates at the same frequency as the earth below them, causing a shockwave.

Drawback: --
Description: The user channels chakra into their hands and steadies themselves. They than slam their palm against the ground, releasing a wave of resonating sound through the earth. The wave disturbs the earth and causes it to vibrate at the same frequency, creating a shockwave of earth that blasts upwards along the path of the wave. The shockwave moves in a straight line at roughly the speed of a kunai. Anyone struck by this technique will be blasted by highly vibrating earth from below them, causing damage to the legs and lower body. This technique has a range of about twenty meters, before the wave loses its frequency and energy. When the user learns the C rank version of this technique, they may only create one shockwave path. When the B ranked version of this technique is learned, the user is capable of creating three shockwave paths at once. When the A ranked version is learned, the user is capable of creating five shockwave paths at once. These shockwave paths can only move in straight lines. When the user reaches A rank difficulty class, they no longer need to place their palm on the ground.

* Oto Hijutsu – Buruburu Kyokufu (Sound Secret Technique – Shaking Notes)
Rank: B
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user causes weakening vibrations in a construction material.
Special: Tiger, Dragon
Drawback: Useless on organic material.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, channeling chakra into one of their palms and placing it on an object. The chakra is released as intense vibrations into the object, damaging rigid structures. This technique shatters glass, cracks wood, and can weaken stone.
Limit: Sound Release, Sound Village Only
