Burn Fat,But Have Fun Moves:
1st Move: Jump Jump Squat
A. Start with feet hip width apart. Jump up on left foot,hugging right knee to chest. Land back in the starting position. Now repeat on the other side jumping on your right foot to hugs your left knee in to your chest & land back to start position. After landing,jump out to a squat with both hands on your knees, then jump feet back to the starting position. Repeat for the entire song or three minutes.
2nd Move: Lunge Double Knee
A. Start with feet wide. Pivot left at your waist and lunge to touch your right hand to your left foot. Now switch to the other side and pivot right,lunging to touch your left hand to your right foot. Then stand up and use the momentum to do a 360 spin on your left toe and end the spin by jumping your feet out with arms in front of you. [ If you don't want to do the spin,try doing a jumping jack instead ] Repeat for the entire song or three minutes.
3rd Move: Toe Arch
A. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart. Rise up on your toes and arch your back with arms behind you. Now swing your arms forward in a circular motion to bend over at your waist and touch the floor with legs straight. Throw arms up and jump rotating 90 degrees to the right. Land with feet apart and hands behind head. Repeat for the entire song or three minutes.
