Affiliating with other guilds?
Since you want your guild to be active you need to get your guilds name out there.
Affiliating is a great way to do this.
How do you do this?
You ask other guilds if they want to affiliate with your guild, you send them a banner code and they will post your banner in their guild for other members to see.
Usually an affiliate list is a sticky in the main fourm.
And then in your affiliate list you will post that guilds banner.
You will be getting your guild out there and it will bring in a ton of members.
I have done this with my guilds and it has helped a lot.
I get new members everyday tanks to the affiliate list.
You don't have to affiliate with a certain type of guild.
I affiliate with everyone.
Anything from Role play to Booty Grab guilds.
Being picky wont help you at all really.
Although I wont blame you if you wont let other religion guilds affiliate with you.

I believe we tried affiliating with other guilds back in the day, and we tried to get an interfaith discussion going, but it was extremely difficult. It's something I'd be willing to try again, but I think the guild needs to be cleaned and reorganized before we get to that stage.
