So Last night I started the 4th Gym battle with Elesa, the electric type gym leader. I was like "How hard can she be?" Never in my life have I ever raged in a pokemon game in my life. I soft reseted my game so many times @___@ I was swearing and screaming, it was worse than Whitney! Enolga in my new hated pokemon >:U

I'm on her now, how much of a chance does a level 27 Palpitoad have? I love my water/ground types. xD
(I also have Audino, Servine, Throh, Darumaka and the chinchilla thing whose name I can't remember)
Is Whitney the one with the Miltank? I HATED that battle so much.

Volt Switch got nothin' on Teto yo
it would have been easier if she had known rock slide though
Ironically she learned it after I finished that gym :Y

Yeah Whitney was the one with milktank. TBH it was sort of my fault that I kept losing too, seeing as I don't have a single ground type in my team, but other types that know ground type moves. *sigh*

I already have 6 badges and I beat them all at first. No soft reseting either.
And they're always some levels above me xD

Emolga is really annoying. Even if you use a ground Pokemon, you can't hit them with ground moves because of their flying type. What I did is I used a ground type and damaged them with dark moves (Sandile). I also used a rock type to inflict a bit more damage in between (Boldore).

Used my Audino to take out both of her Emolga (Who were constantly volt switching), just used Secret power until one was paralyzed, then it was pretty easy.
Zebstrika went down with two hits of my Palpitoad's Mud shot.
I now HATE Emolga after that gym though.
I'm now only two Pokemon away from the team I want, just need Litwick and Joltik.

Emolga used Volt Switch!
Dwebble used Rock Polish!
Dwebble used Stealth Rock!
Emolga used Volt Switch!
Dwebble fainted.
Pointed stones dug into the foe's Emolga!
Some reason she stopped using Volt Switch after that. emo
I tried to keep Dwebble alive, but it was a lost cause. His sacrifice was hardly in vain, though. ;3
Scraggy's Payback knocked on the second Emolga. o.o
And then Servine took care of Zebstrika. lawlz
My pokémon were a bit over-leveled for Elesa. neutral
But I'm glad, because I forgot to save before I talked to her. rofl

Elesa was the gym leader I had the most problem with. Her Emolgas pissed me off sooo much!!!! But after I caught and trained my lightningrod Blitzle, I had no problem. Just kept using flame charge razz
Why didn't I just catch a rock or ground pokemon in the route before you ask? Well, I'm not a big fan of them... I much prefer my Blitzle(now a Zebstrika).

Pretty sure I wished I had done a bit of background searching on Excadrill's type. Thought it was only ground and got r'd. :C But then after my 3rd try I managed somehow with my Zebstrika...o.o

I had no problems with any of the Gym Leaders.
Than again, a long while ago, I was checking out images and some reviews on Black and White, and than seeing what types to expect for each Gym.
So I trained to match, or at least be darn close to their levels, and pretty much "Super Effective" OHKO'd them all.
xDDD
It wasn't until the endgame, when Ghetsis reared his head and unleashed Hydreigon that I had problems.

oh god that damn dragon I just finished my 2nd play through and I loath emolga and the dark dragon... but made it through without dying I did fall asleep during the elite 4 though...

Like iKiin, I didn't have any trouble with any of the gym leaders except (iirc) Chili who knocked out all of my pokémon except my Lv 10-11 Panpour - who somehow managed to save me [lol]; although I didn't have any trouble with either the E4 or Ghetsis. Only the E4 was difficult after I defeated N and finished the main storyline. I used lots of Revives and Hyper Potions to pull through that.
