I'm fairly young so I have a good metabolism. Trust me if I didn't I'd be as big as a house. XD I'm folowing a few simple rules which you can find here and here.I still refuse to eat meat. It is nasty and i hate it. StatsAge: 18 Weight: 150 Height 5'4 Current stats! I started this out in another guild so I'm just going to start with todays post.

Goals
#1. Go to bed at 9 p.m. Wake up at 6 a.m. #2. Start jogging a mile every morning #3. Jog 5 miles a day (not counting the mile in the morning) #4. Sunbathe at least an hour a day #5. Loose ten pounds by mid April #6. Loose ten more pounds by mid June #7. Eat more greens #8. Get a digital Scale #9. Have a six pack by October #10. Get m0ar fiber in my diet. #11. Quit nail biting #12. Get my hair even longer #13. Take my vitamins without forgetting.

Rules. For me =p
#1. No soda #2. No refined flour junk #3. No artificial sweeteners #4. No lame frozen diet tv dinners #5. No whining #6. NO JUNK #7. No fast food #8. No cheating the diet #9. Vegan stuff only. #10. No sugar #11. Don't be lazy #12. Failure isn't an option ;o

Breakfast: Whole grain English Muffin with a tiny bit of vegan cheese
Lunch: Vegan Club sammich
Dinner: Whole grain spaghetti with organic sauce, with lots of berries
Snacks: Special K bar x2
Exercise: Jogged/walked four miles 30 Wall Push ups 40 arm crunches w/ 5lb. dumbells 50 ab crunches 10 arm crunches w/10 lb dumbells 25 leg lifts on each leg
I drank a ton of water today, one cup of green tea. teo cups of chocolate almond milk

Munkers Did you ever go through with the juice fast? My mom wouldn't let me, she said it wasn't safe. =/ So I just do a lot of cardio now to help.

Breakfast: Whole grain English muffin with vegan cheese
Lunch: Vegan Pizza
Dinner: Big Bowel of Kashi cereal with a whole grain muffin and fruit
Snacks: Two Special K bars
Exercise: Lots of stretching 40 wall push ups 50 ab crunches 10 arm crunches with 10 lb. dumbells 15 ups with 5lb. dumbells 40 arm crunches with 5 lb. dumbells Power walked/jogged 5 miles Took a short walk outside.

I slept in.
so
Breakfast/Lunch: 1/2 of my Subway sub
Dinner: 1/2 of my Subway sub with two cups of Silk Light Chocolate milk
Snack: 1 tiny slice of my grandmas birthday cake and 1 chocolate covered cherry.
Oh and a ton of water. and one cup of detox tea
Exercise: I helped clean out a swimming pool, it was a lot of work. 30 Wall pushups 50 arm crunches w/ 5lb. dumbells 10 arm crunches w/ 10lb. dumbells 50 ab crunches. Power walked/jogged 4 miles

I had some turkey breast on my sub.
*gag*
It tasted fine but even though it's low fat and low calorie it made me feel guilty.
That and the texture... Gross... I just Eww.
Never again. I just cant eat it.
I could even smell it on my breath. X,x
Nope, never again. I just cant eat meat.

Dinner: vegan pizza and my dad made me try a small piece of brisket. D=
Snack: fruit salad!
Exercise: Walked/jogged six miles
I also drank a tob of water, a cup of detox tea, and a cup of light silk milk
Oh I am also getting some killer calve mussles. And my waist looks smaller.

Lunch: Weight watcher brownie and vegan pizza
Dinner A big bowl of Kashi cereal with light almond milk and an orange
Snacks: None
Exercise: Lots of stretching Jogged/walked four miles 30 Wall push ups 40 arm crunches w/ 5lb. Dumbells 10 arm crunches w/ 10lb. Dumbells 70 Ab crunches

I totally forgot what I ate today, I have been really busy.
Exercise: Lots of stretches and sit ups, arm crunches, pushups, jogged/walked four miles, and worked in my gardens.
BTW... I lost another pound! ^^
