Personally I don't think they should because if they do, I'm most likely going to be disappointed by the voice roles. Ikuto is probably going to sound weird, Nagi is going to sound quite.... strange due to his gender thing, and... dubs just dont sound right. except for the occasional dubs which are fine (: If shugo chara did get dubbed and the characters voices aren't too weird, I'd probably watch the whole series again. 3nodding

I don't think it should. I usally prefer the Japanese ones. Like for some...they have to be dubbed....for example: InuYasha.
