Narrator Angel: This rp is going to be about a typical boy meets girl. But one twist in it is that they are both keys. They have not found their soulmates and perhaps during this adventure they will find them eventually. Or is there soulmate right in front of them?
Novalite curled up on the ground, she was having a difficult time dealing with not being able to have her soulmate. Her soulmate just seemed to disappear on her and she wasn't sure why. She started to question herself. "did I do something wrong?" "was he not happy with me?" "Was he truly my soulmate?". All these questions radiated in her mind and she didn't want it to control how she lived now. It seemed like her world was ending oh so quickly due to this certain dilemma and she figured she would make up for it by going on a adventure, perhaps that would get her back to thinking that she had a purpose in life, as well as the fact that perhaps there is one male out in the world that would be hers for life.

❤ Ix floated along batting his wings ever so slightly to keep in the air, his marking gleamed in the coming twilight. His purple eyes sparkled with the last of the sun's rays as it set, listening quietly Ix was peaceful.
As the last light of the sun vanished in the horizon fireflies lit themselves as the awoke making the darkness not so dark as they lit Ix's path. Setting foot on the ground Ix began walking a short distance, he could hear water- and was craving a fresh spring drink. Padding along in the dim light he saw what he thought was another key curled up on the ground "What the--Hey there!" he said running up to the key "Are you alright?!" a worried look covered his face.

Novalite shifted her gaze upwards at the other key asking if she was alright. She uncurled and the moonlight hit her fairly starry and silvery markings on her body it doing so it lit the darkened surroundings a bit as she stretched. She tilted her head to the side "Yes..I'm okay...Just questioning my life's purpose is all" she said with a small smile. Socializing with someone was something new to her and so far it was going okay..even though they just started. She tilted her head at the other "do you ever question your purpose in life?" she asked.

The question came as a surprise to him thinking he turned his head slightly to the side answering "Well no-- as a key I figure my life's purpose is to find my lock counterpart."
Slightly confused he questioned her "Is there something to question about that?" he wondered if she had a point.

Novalite thought for a moment "I know there is more to purpose then finding lock counterparts..I just have to figure them out first" she said tapping her chin lightly with a paw. She shook her head "I don't know..yet..I'm still figuring it out, I know there is a larger picture to each of our lives..we just have to take the time to find it" she replied thinking some more.

He laughed trying to break the tension in the air "Thinking is always better while walking" he said gesturing towards the path next to them.
Standing Ix walked slowly towards the path, "Enlighten me on how you plan to find this other purpose?" he asked with a curious gleam in his eyes. "Also" he added "I dont think I caught your name." a grin adorned his face.

Novalite stood up and stretched "I suppose taking a walk while thinking will help in one way or another" she said smiling a bit before heading onto the pathway.
"As for how I plan to find the other purpose in my life..I'm thinking perhaps an adventure or something" she said cheerily. She stood beside him keeping a small distance between them before answering "My name is Novalite and you are?" she asked him tilting her head.

As she accepted, he began to walk slowly down the firefly lit path "An adventure?" he asked a spark of excitement lighting inside him.
"I am Ix, may I call you Nova?" he asked grinning slightly.

Novalite nodded her head "yup..a adventure to discover the second purpose of our lives!" she said enthusiastically as she swished her tail to and fro idly as she slowly walked down the pathway beside him.
"Nice to meet you Ix, and yes you may call me Nova" she told him with a smile.

"What kind of adventure did you have in mind?" he asked curiously, "...as I have no experience with them" he added sadly keeping in step with her his marking shining as if blue glowing liquid was running through them.

Novalite paused for a moment before answering to think it over. "to be honest..I'm not sure what sort of adventure" she admitted. Before glancing at him and seeing if he had any ideas "do you have any ideas on what sort of adventure we should go on?" she asked him curious to know what he had in mind.

"W-w-we?" he stuttered, never had he been on an adventure before! This would be exciting!
"To tell you the truth, I'm not very familiar with this area..." he admitted drooping his ears slightly.

Novalite tilted her head at him curiously as to why he sounded so shock when she said 'we". She shrugged it off before answering and looking at the surroundings. "to be honest I'm not even familiar with this area either" she admitted sheepishly. Before continuing to slowly walk down the pathway.

He laughed at her answer noting to himself that both of them knew nothing about the surrounding area it looks harmless he thought surveying the area around them. "Well then it's settled!" He said facing her excitedly "Next time we meet we'll have that adventure!" ...though our adventure might us be wandering around hopelessly lost-- but I'm willing to take that chance he thought walking next to Nova.
"Forgive my rude disappearance but I must be going, promise me we'll meet again soon?" he asked her hoping she would, then he vanished, off into the forest without another word.
((your next post will be the 15th post, 1 page. After you finish it I'll go start another where they meet up again and go on an adventure! =D Lets make it a formal because 1 formal = 2 informals ^^ but each post has to be 2 or so paragraphs long and it must be 2 pages))
