For those of you who have been bit by the voice acting bug here are a few rules for when you lend your voice to an anime character. Please follow these rules to the core as if your soul depends on it..

RULE 1: You must be a guild member to be eligible to audition for voice acting roles. If you are not affiliated with the Anime Voice Acting Guild as a member, you will not qualify to audition for any of the guild's animated projects or any other projects associated with guild members or the Anime Voice Acting Guild.

RULE 2: You can audition for as many roles as you want. Just because you auditioned for one character doesn't mean you are restricted from lending your voice to other potential characters that interest you. Feel free to try out for as many characters as you want to increase your chances of getting a part. DON'T EXPECT TO GET THE ROLE OF EVERY CHARACTER YOU AUDITIONED FOR !

RULE 3: You are responsible for checking this guild for updates!!! For example, if you want to check the status of the character you auditioned for, you have to check into this guild daily, or every other day, or once a week.

I WILL NOT PM OR MASS e-MAIL EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO GOT THE PART OF THE CHARACTER THEY AUDITIONED!

That is just more work for me to do. Once I go through the auditioning process, I will post IN THE GUILD to people who received a character to voice act in the anime. If your name is not on the list it means you did not get the part.

RULE 4: You are responsible for the character you are voice acting! I will give you adequate time to run through your lines and get into character, you do not have to rush. If your life gets too hectic and you might be a little late sending me your lines please post within the guild or contact me on my Gaia profile or use Skype to notify me that you are going to be late.

POST WITHIN THE ANIME VOICE ACTING GUILD WHEN YOU NOTIFY ME. COMMENT ON MY PROFILE OR USE SKYPE TO CONTACT ME!!!

I know life can get a little busy such as school work, jobs, or both! If you have to much to handle please notify me. Or if you simply just get bored of voice acting your character, please tell me in advance.

IF YOU DECIDE TO QUIT VOICE ACTING A CHARACTER, DON'T LET DAYS, WEEKS, OR MONTHS AT A TIME GO BY WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!!!

You are putting everyone ( including me ) who voice act in the anime-on hold and slowing down production because you didn't notify me that you quit. I will remember your account I will not go as far as banning you from the guild but if you ever decide to voice act again and you audition, it will be very difficult for me to even consider giving you a part.

RULE 5: Be a good sport blaugh !
If you didn't get the character you wanted to voice act or if you didn't get any roles, it's okay, it's not the end of the world! I love to create anime series and trust me there will be plenty of characters to audition for in the future.

Do not spam or harass people for their characters.

Do not post negative comments or insult people who received characters to play in the anime and you didn't. I WILL BAN YOU FROM THIS GUILD !

Respect all members who are auditioning and voice acting.

DO NOT BRING EACH OTHER DOWN!

Basically if you did not get the part, don't go around posting hate comments in the guild because you can't handle rejection. Do not get angry! Walk it out, and try again next time! Don't get discourage. Never give up! scream

RULE 5: When you audition for a role, please carefully read the description for that character. Be positive that the character you are auditioning for is what you really want. Please make an effort to stay dedicated to voice acting that character for however long or short the anime series run or how long your character exist.

RULE 6: Do not spam my inbox or profile begging for a character to voice act! I will not consider your audition or give you a character role to play if you continue to do so.

RULE 7: Just have fun! xd

As long as you follow the rules of Gaia Online and the Anime Voice Acting Guild everyone can enjoy themselves.
