Depends, some will be NPCs, some won't. ^^
For example, Brewster will not be sold, because he's somebody who, in roleplays, always needs to be there. But characters like Doctor Shrunk and Rover, who come only when they so choose, will be sold.
question How about Bob? He's my favorite neighbor!
As long as nobody already has that neighbor, that would be okay. =3
question What's an NPC?
It stands for Non Player Character. Basically, any character that is seen in every game (Including travel-related visitors, like Rover, Blanca, and Kaitlyn/Katie) is considered an NPC. The animal neighbors who move in and out of town do not count.
question Do you take pet trades?
Yes! I love pet trades, as long as they aren't RP required. =3
question Do I need to know Animal Crossing to own one, or RP?
^^ No, not at all. But I recommend playing it anyway. It's fun.
question Why is the shop mule Admiral?
Because Admiral is my favorite character from the game. Pretty simple, huh? XD
question What the heck is a Gyroid?!?!
Go educate yourself on the ways of Animal Crossing. XD A Personal Gyroid Assistant stays outside your front door that can store items, repeat a said message, and save your game. Or, you can sometimes dig up Gyroids that you can place in your house. They move, make noises and look really cool. XD My favorite is the Mega Freakoid, though the Mega Oombloid is a close second.
question Is there a limit to how many I can own?
^^ No, not really, just don't buy more then two in a flatsale, okay? ^^ Give some others a chance.
question Do they have journals?
Hmm. They don't need to, but if you want one, I guess I can set one up.
question Didn't you used to have a costume requirement for humans?
^^ Well, yes, but since Wild World supports being completely customizable, the rule is gone now. =3
question Do you accept items as custom payment?
n_n Sure, I really don't mind items. Store items are sellback (1/2) value, and uncommons/rares/event/donation items are lowest general marketplace price. I'd but prefer you don't pay me in, like, Jack Uniform Pants. XD

Sack Stage
Sorta the equivalent of an egg stage, this stage has the same lineart for all species and genders.
The sack itself generally indicates the fur color/pattern, and the ribbon indicates the gender.
This stage lasts anywhere up to 3 days, depending on how active you are in this thread.
Baby Animal Stage
Aaaw, how cute! This is the second stage. It was the same lineart for both male and female.
It lasts up to 5 days.
-Dog-
Animal Stage
This would generally be the stage that you would want to begin RPing. At this stage, they can speak human, as well as the animal's own language.
Again, this is specific to only species, and is the same for both genders.
This stage can last up to a week.
-Dog-
Child Stage
Finally! Your pet has become an anthro. At this point, you can now buy it clothes, etc. It's also now much easier to RP. xd
This stage can last anywhere up to a month.
-Male Cat | Female Dog | Male Dog-
Adult Stage
Hurrah! Your pet is all grown up now. There's not too much to say about this stage. ^^
-Male Cat | Female Dog | Male Dog-
Whazat?
^^ Been good around the thread? Who knows. You might find your flatsale cat or dog with new, custom lineart. Your pet might get redone, with a new pose. If you RP here enough, you never know what this stage could be... ^^
The pet could even get a makeover, if so you wish. (Hair and outfit, no species changes/fur color changes/etc.)
It'll never be anything bad, of course. They won't die if you don't take care of them. ^^
Please note that Xampel is an extremely generic example. XD I'm not THAT uncreative, she's very plain.

Flatsales:-Flatsales are normally first-come, first-serve.
-Flatsale prices may vary, though the base price is 3,000g for a 5-stage cat or dog.
-Scroll down for the flatsale form!
-There is no current flatsale.
Auctions:
-Auction rules will vary.
-Anti-Snipe rule is in place.
-There is no current auction.
Raffles:
-Ticket price is 25g per ticket.
-You may buy a maximum of 25 tickets.
-There will be 150 tickets sold, total.
-These rules may vary.
-There is no current raffle.
Contests:
-Contest rules will obviously vary.
-There is no current contest.
Customs:
Customs are normally available, unless they list is full.
They are also sometimes included in flatsales for a lower price.
Custom Rules:
-NPCs from the game are NOT ALLOWED in customs. This can go
anywhere from K.K. to Pete to Farley.
-Already existing neighbors are quite okay, as long as
they aren't owned by anybody else.
-When I say human, I mean HUMAN. No zombies, vampires, angels, demons, or
zombies. I absolutely despise zombies. XP Unusual eye colors are okay.
-If you're ordering a cosplay, make sure that that person doesn't already exist as a cosplay.
-Mythical animals may be able to count, but you will have to check with me. "A Fox with Wings" won't work.
-If you are looking for an anthro of a special sort of creature, like a Pokemon, Digimon, or something like that, this is considered a special animal. I will need reference. Be careful about this, though, because some of these creatures may end up as a very abstract version in anthro- After all, how do you expect me to draw an anthro ball of gas, or a rock?
-This same rule about special animal applies to a sort of pet you have from Gaia. Of course, you must ask permission from the owner of the shop. And I still won't do it if the pet is a zombie.
-Please note that if you order existing lineart, I can't change the hair, clothes, pose, etc. Only colors and patterns.
Animals:
Cat or Dog-Existing lineart (4,500g)
Cat or Dog-Custom lineart (7,000g)
Other Animals-Custom lineart (9,000g)
Special Animal (See Above) (13,500g)
Prices are cut in half if you want adult stage only.
You're also permitted to skip certain stages (like, if you wanted to skip right to child) then you can do that and get a discount. n_n

(They're only one stage, but a bit rarer than animals. n_n)
Special:
Now, if you want something really weird, like an inanimate object or a plant, then that's negotiable, but the price will vary alot depending on quite how weird it is.

You noticed that, when bought, the pet's clothes are plain white or black, yes?
Well, here's the cure for that. ^^
If you want to simply change the color, I can do that for only 50g. =3
Just tell me the color.
Did you want a custom design, like a pattern or emblem? Drop me a PM, and I'll see if I can do it, and if so, the price. ^^
Accessories:
Note that accessories will not look exactly as pictured on the model, since I have to redraw them to fit your pet.
In some cases, accessories cannot be seen because of the pet's outfit.
Accessories are available for both male and female pets. n_n
Earrings- Available in studs, hoop, and huge hoop.

Interested in RPing? Well, you come to the right place! n_n As I've said, they aren't RP required, but you can if you want, of course! I'm almost always up to RP, and I don't mind a slow one if you can't be on for long periods of time.
Anyway, here's a few guidelines and help:
-^^ Rping is done here in the thread. There is no separate one.
-You can whichever style you want. You can either use story form
(Example: She smiled, standing back up. "Whatever you say.")
or non-story form,
(Example: ::smiles and stands back up:: Whatever you say. )
in past or present tense. Whatever you're most comfortable with. ^^
-Wild World characters can roleplay in the GCN world, and vice versa. (See below for more info) Do whichever you know best. If you don't know either, then I reccomend the Wild World setting, as there's more RP-friendly places.
-Font colors are not only great, but recommended. ^^ They make it easier to tell who it is, especially if you're roleplaying more than one pet. Just try to make sure it's no lighter that orange. (Like, no cyan, yellow or white...)
-Lurker RP is welcome. ^^ It's fine to roleplay other characters or pets if you have none from here, as long as they aren't from AC.
RP Settings have been relocated to the guild to help cut down on this page's loading time, and make things easier to update. XD

XD A Personal Gyroid Assistant stays outside your front door that can store items, repeat a said message, and save your game. Or, you can sometimes dig up Gyroids that you can place in your house. They move, make noises and look really cool. XD My favorite is the Mega Freakoid, though the Mega Oombloid is a close second. [11] Is there a limit to how many I can own?^^ No, not really, just don't buy more then two in a flatsale, okay? ^^ And not at the same time. Give some others a chance. Admiral the Shop Mule General Information:
These are breedable/changing pets based of the Nintendo game, Animal Crossing. Don't know has a breedable/changing pet is? Then here is a bit of a detour. XD'
Read that? Then, good!
These are not RP-required pets, but you're welcome to do so. There's somebody there wanting to RP more often than not. XD There are also perks for RPers.
These pets generally have five stages, and vary in species. Here's the definitions of species:
Cats
Cats are a common animal. They have their own preset lineart, though they can also be purchased with custom lines.
Cats enjoy being pampered, and having their work done for them. They'd rather keep clean and enjoy life than spend time running around and doing labor.
Of course, this isn't set in stone, yours might enjoy getting their hands dirty.
Cats
Dogs are a common animal. They have their own preset lineart, though they can also be purchased with custom lines.
Dogs are active creatures who don't enjoy being cooped up. They hate to be bored, and will do most anything to keep busy, and get some attention.
Of course, this isn't set in stone, yours might like sleeping all day.
Uncommon Animals
These are mammals and birds that are not cats or dogs. They are non-aquatic. For example, a wolf or a blue jay is an uncommon animal.
Only a few of these have existing lineart, so they'll most likely be custom.
Special Animals
These are living, moving creatures that are not mammals or birds, such as fish, reptiles, and insects. For example, a salamander or spider is a special animal. These always have custom lineart.
This also includes fictional animals, like Pokemon or Gaia pets. For more information on that bit, please see the custom rules. n_n
Humans
They're what they sound like! Humans. Just.. humans. Fairly normal, unless they're crazy or something. Just one stage, unless they're from breeding.
Special
These are plants or inanimate objects in anthro, making them very special. Often times, they aren't what they seem.. For example, Geno is a star, but inside of a wooden doll. Or Mildred, who's a potato. =#
Cross-breeds
What they sound like, these are half-and-half. Most commonly, it's a human and something else. In this case, it will have the ears, tail, and characteristics of their animal half, but an otherwise humanoid appearance. They will be considered the species of their animal half.
If they are a cross of two animals, then they'll have characteristics of both. For example, a cat/horse might have cat ears and a tail, and hooves. These will most likely look very odd indeed.
And, here's the information on the stages. >w< Please note that, your pet might grow in more or less time than specified, depending on how busy I am.
Sack Stage
Sorta the equivalent of an egg stage, this stage has the same lineart for all species and genders.
The sack itself generally indicates the fur color/pattern, and the ribbon indicates the gender.
This stage lasts anywhere up to 3 days, depending on how active you are in this thread.
Baby Animal Stage
Aaaw, how cute! This is the second stage. It was the same lineart for both male and female.
It lasts up to 5 days.
Animal Stage
This would generally be the stage that you would want to begin RPing. At this stage, they can speak human, as well as the animal's own language.
Again, this is specific to only species, and is the same for both genders.
This stage can last up to a week.
Child Stage
Finally! Your pet has become an anthro. At this point, you can now buy it clothes, etc. It's also now much easier to RP. xd
This stage can last anywhere up to a month.
Adult Stage
Hurrah! Your pet is all grown up now. There's not too much to say about this stage. ^^
Whazat?
^^ Been good around the thread? Who knows. You might find your flatsale cat or dog with new, custom lineart. Your pet might get redone, with a new pose. If you RP here enough, you never know what this stage could be... ^^
The pet could even get a makeover, if so you wish. (Hair and outfit, no species changes/fur color changes/etc.)
It'll never be anything bad, of course. They won't die if you don't take care of them. ^^
