While I had issues looking for the subbed episodes (Someone has issues with the original SUBBED videos but the 4kids, GX and 5d's get to stay up. Uhh huh.) I was brave and watched parts of a 4kids dub. Basically this was when *spoilers ahead* wahmbulance

Kaiba loses to Yugi in Battle City. In the 4kids dub, the summary of what he says is pretty much "I lost a card game. I am nothing." However, a little later when I found the subbed videos, the subtitle (although they tend to be a little off) said something that assured me that Kaiba really is emo. *blahblah, B!tching about losing....* "I might as well sink into the ocean now!".
. . .Really, Kaiba?

I only somewhat agree with the whole Kaiba is emo thing. If he loses, he acts like he got stabbed in the crotch, but that's just how he is. Mr. Ego xD

I mostly disagree with this.
No one with an ego as big as Kaiba's could possibly be emo. It's the ego that makes him overreact to failure. Most of the time he's busy thinking about how badass he is. He wouldn't do that if he was legitimately emo.

That does make a lot of sense (I support logical arguments :>) But once you really think about it, even with his ginormous ego he's extremely negative about everything. EVERYTHING.

Haha, yes logical arguments are nice. But I suppose you do have a point there. But I feel like the negativity is maybe more.. calculated (?), than standard emo negativity?
