History; Xavier and Cipher were born and raised in death city. Neither of them had any real training other than the one there parents put them through. All that did was teach them to fend for themselves, so they never learned how to do teams. When the each hit sixteen they were sent off to live alone, but actually moved in together.
Likes; Each other, the small things in life, sleeping.
Dislikes; having to wake up early, cold weather, and riddles.

Partial transformation: Transform a part of your body into a part of your weapon form, like Soul always does in the anime.
Direct Soul Attack: Hit your opponent with your soul wavelength, like Black*Star and Stein do. Only Meisters do it in the anime/manga, but Weapons have wavelengths too, so why not?
Flexibility: Be able to be used by multiple Meisters.
Multiple Forms: Transform into different weapons.
Healing Wavelength: Be able to heal others.
