For some reason I can't air juggle in any Fighter I play. Anyone got any tips for air jugglin'?

I don't actually own any fighters save for Vanguard Princess, but can pick up a PC fighter if I really gotta do nothing but practice in order to pull it off...

If you want to juggle, go play Tekken(any) or something.

I want to understand Juggling so I can actually play Taokaka properly.
