I know the episode hasn't aired yet but I wanted to go ahead and get the thread up for people to post in once it does air.

Now that the epsiode has aired I have to say that I really enjoyed the character development between Greer and Wray. Greer is among the top three characters of SGU that I like the most, and I'm always happy to see episodes where we learn a little more about his character. Plus I just love all the Greerism lines, simple to what O'Neil had in SG-1 in a way. One thing that bothered me was since the attack was on Homeworld Command, why wasn't O'Neil in charge of the "base" camp outside instead of Telford. I was surprised to learn that this time it was a scientist that turned out to be a bad guy instead of the senator. Now onto the bomb I have to say that was a really nice looking prop.
Now I nearly flipped out, with the preview for next weeks episodes...can Ginn really be back? I can't wait for next Monday.

Next week = McKay and Woolsey! (Right?)
Now, onto your thoughts on O'Neill. I know that in some past episodes, RDA's availability has been pretty uncertain, in which case they've written two versions of the script: one in which O'Neill appears, and one without O'Neill, slightly modified so that his role is fulfilled. This may be such a case.

I am equally confused about Ginn's random and almost impossible return....but that is why they get to tell us how she is back in some way...you know it just came to mind. Remember the episode when those that were left on the planet magically appeared but then died off at the end of the episode, what if a similar situation will occur. It is hard to even guess without any further knowledge on the situation.

I don't think this situation is similar to the "Eden" people. Seeing as Ginn is talking though someone who used the communication stones, I want to say it was Cholie that used them. Maybe her mind got trapped inside one of them, or in the computer or something when her and Dr Perry died.

We are forgetting that it's Stargate, and there are a large number of explanations:
1: She is an alternate-timeline Ginn.
2: She is an alternate-reality Ginn.
3: She is a Ginn clone or replica.
4: She has ascended.
5: She was brought back to life using one of the many methods we've seen in the past: sarcophagus, descension, Nox healing (though unlikely), Wraith healing (also unlikely), etc.
6: She is a Destiny-hallucination (like how rush saw his dead wife and Franklin).
