Quote: The Condition of the Working Class in England in 1844 by Friedrich Engels. (poor quality, I apologize) That is actually the most listenable computer-generated voice I have ever heard. Incidentally, its accent sounds Australian, doesn't it?

Incidentally, its accent sounds Australian, doesn't it? Yeah, but you'll notice that it can't manage to narrate everything, there are some rather long pause where the program can't read a part of the text and just skips it. And yeah I guess it does kinda sound Australian.

I admit. I did it. I used autotune to make it sound robotic.
Actually, if anyone, it sounds similar to Gracc.

Hey, thanks for posting this. I decided a while back to get into audio books, and this is the perfect text to listen to. I find that with stuff like this, it's easier to hear it being said.

If you have an Android, get the app "LibriVox Audio Books" everything is free, they have a good selection of various books in many languages.
I've found all sorts of fun books here, Karl Marx's writings (english and german) Art of War The Wealth of Nations The Republic The Prince etc.
They are stocked up with English and German books, Lacking in Russian though stare
