NINJA ACADEMY Welcome to the Ninja Academy. Here, you will learn and train to be a Ninja. Everyone who joins shall be an Academy Student (the lowest ninja). You will train and learn from your Sensei and eventually become a Genin. (Please read on, to know the rules, how to become a Chuunin, Jounin, and ANBU, ect.)

[1] This is a LITERATE Academy. I expect you to be LITERATE.
[2] Don't make your character/student invincible. You ARE in an Academy. You ARE the lowest ninja ever. (Except those who are a part of the Guild Crew. I'll talk about that later.)

Higher NinjasAll Crew members are allowed to be Chuunin and up. I prefer them to be at least Chuunin or Jounin. Why? So they can be a sensei to the little Academy Students. xP
Once all the Senseigata (1) agree that you can move on to a Genin, I will give you this:
(Yes, I made that. Please don't steal it. xP)
After you move to a Genin, you will move to a different classes. Only 4 Academy Students will move up to a Genin each 5 weeks (2).
You will only move up if you are:
Kind to your fellow classmates.
Literate.
And many more.(1) Plural form of Sensei. Thank you Aurora for finding that word! ^^
(2) So, if today was Sunday and four people got to be Genin, you have to wait 5 more weeks until the next 4 people are Genins.

History: She appeared in Konoha a few years back with no family or connections. She was adopted by a random family of Shinobi and was forced into the Academy. Having nothing better to do, she trains very hard to one day become a ninja.
Other: She is very skilled in Ninjutsu but lacking in Genjutsu. She has a great love for the wind and can use some techniques involving it. She often roams around Konoha aimlessly at night.

May has mostly chin length red hair all around her head. In the inner layer of hair at the back it is must longer, hip length and usually pulled into two ponytails. Her eyes are a golden yellow. Her typical outfit consists of a two toned blue top. The two colors cross in the front and tie around in the back. The excess fabric hangs down to her knees. She has a fairly small darker blue skirt to match the top that has hidden black shorts underneath. The fabric is slightly stretchy but still constricts a bit more than normal pants or shorts would. Around her neck is a black choker with an upsidedown golden moon. She has fingerless light blue gloves to match the other part of her top. May has brown boots with a yellow belt tied around the ankle. The mesh stocking on her right leg reaches just above her knee while the stocking on the left reaches just below the knee.
History: May was born in Amegakure (Hidden Rain Village) along with her twin sister. May was more into playing and making music then ninja training. Her sister, Akila (Intelligent), would rather fight and wanted to be a great ninja. Akila got May to learn some basic ninja things but she never paid to much attention and fell pretty far behind. They moved around alot to get the best training for Akila. Akila disapeared while on a mission one day so their parents went off to find her and sent Amaya to Konoha to finally learn the ways of a ninja.
Other: She's more fit for Genjutsu and started learning some sound techniques while they lived there. She has a flute she can use to aid in genjutsu and she can also sing for them, but to put it bluntly, she's horrible at it right now due to lack of training. Since she was born in the land of rain, she is able to control water based attacks better.

Appearance: A rather plain looking girl with a rather messy tumble of hair. Her only outstanding features would be said hair, and her eyes, one was dark green , the other an odd yellow color. Normally wears clothing that is fit for comfort and training, not for style, so she mostly dressed a few generations behind. She has one tattoo, unseen unless she wears a lower backed shirt, the tattoo was of a small cat, with six tails, under a crescent moon.
History: Born and raised in Konoha, she is nothing more then another student trying to become a ninja, both of her parents are Shinobi of the leaf, and wish for her to follow in their footsteps, she wants nothing more then to be a healer. Thus she is attempting to become a Medic-nin. She has fairly good chakra control, due to her parents teaching her some bits as a child, other then that, most things are unknown to her.
Other: Moody, prone to bouts of silence and more often then not gives the cold shoulder when she is too shy to say what is on her mind. She seems to be aloof and constantly annoyed. Rather lazy in most aspects of life, she also loves to read, bribing her with a new book is probably the best way to get her going.

Age: 11
Gender: Female
Birthday: Sept. 24
Appearance: Sporting blue eyes and long, straight, blonde hair, Kari is the picture of innocence. She is small and thin, not to mention pale. She is usually seen skipping, and rarely ever is her face without a smile. (The exception being when she cries, which can sometimes be quite often.)
History: Your average child, Kari has a full set of parents and a good home. She was taught since she was young to be a kunoichi (female ninja), and sent to the academy as soon as they could get her in. This is her first year at the academy.
Other: The family specialty is speed, and Kari's light frame is perfect for this talent. Her prefered weapons are long range: senbon (the needles that Haku uses), kunai, and shuriken. Well known to her, her cousin is Ito Kami, a sensei at the academy.

History: Amiko was found in the forest around the hidden leaf village by one of Kohona's jounin, Mitarashi Anko who brought her back to the town where the hokage placed her under Anko's care until she was old enough to take of herself. After a few years of spending most of her time with Anko, Amiko was unable to seperate herself from Anko and ended up being adopted by the jounin hence her last name being Mitarashi. What both Amiko and Anko do not know is that Amiko herself is actually from the Village of the Hidden Mist but what she was doing out in the forest is a big mystery even to herself because of the fact that she was only a child when she was located.
Other: Amiko isn't skilled in the ways of Taijutsu or Ninjutsu but Amiko can show excellent promise when it comes to Genjutsu. She also has a strong chakra control ability and can disspell most illusionary jutsu's that were casted by an opponent. Amiko also tends to hang back when a battle arrives and will only step into a battle if her team mates need her support by using her Genjutsu techniques to aid her companions.
Amiko usually keeps to herself whenever she is around large groups of people. She has trouble fitting in with other students because Amiko thinks that she always happens to do something wrong and also she thinks that everyone doesn't like her because she was never truely a part of this village.

Name: Daiomoru Kashira
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Birthday: Feb 25
Appearance: Kashira is short for her age at 5 feet, 2 inches. She has a fairly pale complexion, and green/grey eyes. Her hair is wavy, strawberry blonde and rests about an inch below her shoulders. Usually, her hair is pulled back into a loose ponytail with a brown clip. Prefers to wear earthy colors, such as brown, dark reds, and olive green. Her prfered outfit involves loose jeans, and loose t-shirts or tank tops. Always is seen wearing a necklace consisting of a �50 worn on a brown leather string tied through the hole.
History: Kashira used to live in a small village in a valley a 2 day hike west of the Hidden Leaf Village. An only child she has studied as a smith since age 7, and was within a couple of years of taking over her family's forge. At age 14, a flood swept through the valley and destroyed most of the village. of the 47 residents, only Kashira and 4 others survived, none of which were part of her family. The Hidden Leaf Village took her in as a refugee, and she has lived there ever since. Now, at age 16, she decides to join the Ninja Academy.
Other:
-She is a talented smith, and opts to make her own weapons rather than using standard issue ones.
-Due to her training at a young age to use the weapons she makes, her weapons skills are well above average
-Starting at a late age means that she knows very few Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. However, she learns new ones fast.

Name: Tori
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Birthday: December 2
Appearance: Click Tori wears a jumpsuit with unevenly-cut legs. The right leg ends below the knee, while the left ends above it. Both legs are bandaged to the ankles, and on the left leg, Tori wears a leg warmer. She has two belts; one is looped through the belt loops on her suit, and the other goes through the loop on her right hip and hangs down over her left. It serves as a sort of holster for her weapon of choice: her trusty leather whip.
Around her neck, Tori wears a black choker with a mysterious silver locket emblazoned with a purple heart-shaped jewel. On the back is engraved the word 'Friend'. Under the jumpsuit is a long-sleeved net top that is attached to Tori's hands by the sleeves, which are connected to gold ring bands that go on her middle fingers. Her hair is always in a ponytail, but there are two parts that hang loose in a wild fashion, framing her face.
Her eyes are brown, but her abilities enable them to become gold with catlike pupils.
History: Upon reaching seven, Tori became possessed by the spirits of four different creatures. One was a swan, from which she has since harnessed the ability to transform her shoulder blades into large, white wings. This requires total concentration, though, which Tori can rarely achieve. Her lack of focus also hinders her in the training of ninjutsu.
Another was a black cat. Tori has used this form for stealth and undercover purposes, and is a favorite to use in her pranks.
Yet another was, strangely enough, a mermaid. Upon reaching a six-foot depth underwater, Tori's legs transform into a tail, and she grows gill slits on her neck. This form has enhanced her power for water ninjutsu, but she is unable to perform any serious techniques due to lack of experience.
The last was a creature of great rage and power: the ligress. This being, a female mix of lion and tiger, has been a great source of Tori's misery, due to its highly temperamental and overprotective nature. She's had no friends since its arrival, but it has enhanced her senses greatly, and will, on some occasions, allow her to use its gifts, which include claws for fingernails, gold cat eyes with extremely advanced sight, cat ears with advanced hearing, and a white, tiger-striped tail for increased balance.
Other: Tori has an overall friendly and hyper personality... towards girls. She seems to grow extremely tense when any boys are around, for reasons only she knows. This has stirred rumors about her sexuality, which cause most girls to keep their distance, but Tori remains heterosexual, though she tries not to be attracted to anyone. Because of her two cat spirits, she tends to be very sluggish during the day, and often goes to train her taijutsu at night, which seems to be the only thing she has going for her at first glance. She has no ability whatsoever in genjutsu, but is interested in learning as much as she can, particularly how to focus her ninjutsu. She would also like to learn to become a medical ninja.

NAME: Yagawa Gin
AGE: 16
APPEARANCE: dark eyes unless using jutsu, white hair
CLAN: Yagawa
Not so much a clan as a single family. They own the Yagawa Springs north of Konaha. Gin is the only current ninja from her clan although her grandmother was a chunin.
BLOODLINE ABILITY: �takagan' (literally, 'hawk-eye') also called 'false sharingan'. It improves the users vision depending on their skill and strength, also allowing one to track much faster movements but doesn�t allow any greater 'insight'
RANK: just joined the academy and hasn't graduated as yet, though she is more than capable of performing above that level

MADE-UP JUTSUS:
Flame-break: basically a fire extinguishing jutsu
Tei hane no jutsu: "air-wing", the user moulds chakra around their arms in a roughly wing-like shape and can use it to glide - or to hit someone with
Katon mamori no jutsu - "firespell safeguard", it forms a sphere of concentrated flame around the user, capable of blocking most physical attacks (note: there are 28 seals needed for this jutsu, but Ichiro-sensei taught Gin to bind those into something, a similar effect to writing out all the necessary seals on a scroll for later use)
OTHER TECHNIQUES (not precisely jutsus):
Strung kunai: uses a combination of chakra threads and wire to control up to 16 kunai at a time.
Charkra substitution � involves substituting the user�s chakra with an opponent�s
Joukei � this is not an official name, just a nickname as such. It refers to drawing an opponent into the user�s mind. The opponent then witnesses whatever the user sees (this can also be used to put an opponent �into� the user�s memories). It also isn't a strong combat technique because it then leaves the user's mind open to any attacks.
FIRE BLOODSEAL: this is a forbidden jutsu and the reason Gin took so long to join the acadamy. Originally created as a suicide jutsu, releasing the seal causes all the user's chakra to become super-heated and flame. Ichiro was the original subject and learnt to release it momentarily for a flame attack that rivaled the Uchiha technique Ameterasu. Gin learnt how to use the seal but has yet to release it as her chakra control is not as good as Ichiro's was. The Third had strictly forbidden the seal to be taught to anyone but Gin eventually discovered the secret in Ichiro's old records. As yet she doesn't use it.
FAMILY RELATIONS: Gin's family is small and none are ninja. Her younger brother was going to be but was injured. He broke his hip at a young age and now has to use a cane, so he decided not to join the acadamy. It's a matter of bitterness between them, that she still went to the acadamy.
OTHER: Gin was trained by Ichiro, an ANBU member until his death.
Gin has a notebook: she writes about jutsus, bloodlines and shinobi in it.

History: Kami gre up in a normal family. Her father was and ANBU, and her mother was a Jounin. She only saw her father when he came home, which was rare, but her mother told many stories about him. Her mother was a kind woman that took care of her, but when Kami turned 15, her mother started to isolate her. She did this for numerous reasons, one which was to teach Kami that she had to take care of herself.
Other: She can be really unkind to others, but she doesn't really mean it. She is Kari Kuroumi's, a student, cousin.
2) Gaian Name: Aurora Maryte
Name: Hikaru Midori
Age: 20
Birthday: May 8th
Appearance: Click Except that of course she has a ninja headband- which she wears tied around her ponytail.
What class: Medical
Rank: Jounin
History: Midori grew up in a pretty nomral household- even though there were a lot of siblings running around, and her parents also didn't really seem to like her very much. But they let her go to the Ninja Academy- when she was only 6, since she was pretty skilled- and she graduated when she was only 9. ((This shouldn't be too young, I think Kakashi and Itachi were 7!)) When she began her training as a Genin, her Sensei realized that she was extremely skilled in medical jutsus, and she was trained in them from then on. Now that Tsunade is back in town, she has offered to teach Midori a little bit more, even though she is already higly skilled, and easily the 2nd best medic-nin anywhere.
Other: nothing for now...
3)Gaian name: Fuison
Name: Ayumi, Hikari
Age: Fourteen, soon to be fifteen ^^
Birthday: Feb. 22 (No, I'm not lying. My birthday really is then. ^^;; )
Appearance: Hikari has bright-yellow hair, often reffered to as blonde. It's cut short, hanging down to stop at her chin. She usually wears a light-blue T-shirt(matching her blue-colored eyes), with a fishnet shirt under it. The fishnet ends at her wrists, as a kind of long-sleeve shirt. But because of her Chuunin vest, all that's really visible are the two shirts' sleeves. She also wears normal black/blue pants, and those awesome Japanese sandels everyone wears.
What class: Building chakra/Strength/Speed
Rank: Chuunin
History: Hikari first came to Konoha from Hidden Cloud Village with her younger brother and sister, Kyo and Yuki. They became Konoha citizens and soon after, started out in the Ninja Academy. Other than that, not much is known about them. The only really social one of the three would be Yuki, considering she's the youngest and most enrgetic half the time. Hikari, on the other hand, is a bit more quiet, never really eager to start a chat or anything.

Tests
Yep. Here's the tough part.
I or a Sensei will be handing out tests on PMs. They will first give the information (what's on the test), and then erase it (after a few weeks) [aka, deleting their post]. It is YOUR job to study, take notes, and so fourth. The Sensei will be giving out information, that is not in the test. (Just in case you were paying attention to the class). After recieving the test, PM it back to your Sensei. He/She will grade it. After the sensei grading it, they will pm you back with your grade.
DO NOT CHEAT. DO NOT ASK FOR HELP FROM YOUR FELLOW CLASSMATES. If you are caught, you will be banned from the Academy for 1-3 weeks. (If someone in the Academy asks you for help or answers, PLEASE CONTACT ME OR A SENSEI. We'll think of a punishment. Plus, you NEED to get a screenshot. DO NOT "copy and paste" the pm. Or we'll think you are LYING. D:<)
NOTE TO THE SENSEIGATA (1): If you do not know how to get the percents/grades what you do is:
Count up all the correct answers, and divide that by how many questions there on on the test. If you need help, Contact me.
