The Base of Operations is centered around damaged industrial rubble. Each HC member inside the compound is equipped with a comlink to hear any news through the area. The main building is mounted with Plasma Cannons as defense. There are certain window openings watched by armed guards. At the foot of the area there is a comstat station which allows communication to the main base. This is for outsides who want to peacefully enter the premises.
Inside is a large open area with a stair case to the Tech Lab, to the east side is an open bar and restaurant setting. Near the back a training area and job postings. And near the west side is a heavily secured area for vehicles, tanks and other mechanized weaponry.

Lianna walks into the building and looks around. She saw a door that said 'personel only', figuring it was a Tech Lab of some sorts, Lia walks past it and heads to the east wing for the bar. Once got close to the bar, she entered the first set of doors that held the sound in. Then she entered the bar, she took a seat at the bar which was covered in neon lighting as is most of the Bar and Resturant. The base of the music could only be herd inside the Bar and Resturant, but not even just outside the main doors. Her foot tapps to the beat, and she lips along with some of the words to familiar songs. Once the bartender came to her they asked what will she have to drink. Lianna pondered a moment then ordered,
