 The trade center of Invictus City as it has evolved from where it had been. It is a large opened area surrounded by stores and shops and services of different kinds. There's even a red light district for the shadier types of businesses.

~A bright and intense wormhole opened above the busy mall. It spat out an object in the shape of a person, it slammed into the ground in a hellish inferno leaving scorch marks everywhere, a few people were charred, but not slain. The being rose from the ground, shaking, it's appearance unnerving, and its gaze weighing down those who dared to look. Some ran in horror, others hid behind objects as it walked around observing it's surroundings, it was confused. 'This is much more different than what my magics told me the future looked like.' He thought to himself as he continued to walk towards the exit. As he walked by people he wondered why they were dressed so oddly. He walked into the middle of the street and several hovering vehicle flew pass as he barely dodged them and went to the side of the street. He flung out his arm and shot out a bolt of electricity towards one of the vehicles, he watched it explode as he chuckled to himself. He began to walk down the street, unsure of where he was even going.~

Peace Keepers came at him from all sides, wielding their firearms, pointing them at the creature, whatever it was. "Halt. By order of the Peace Keeper High Command, you are to be executed, should you not desist your movement and come along peacefully. You are under arrest." It was the highest ranking one there, only the rank of sergeant, and not entirely sure what to do in a situation like this. He was scared. He had never seen something like this happen before. He already contacted the commander. It was a good thing that he was nearby already.

~The creature looked around and lowered his hood, he put his hands up.~
"I surrender...."
~He fell to his knees and with that, shot out an EMP from his hands, and started to run. He dodged the once-hovering vehicles and threw people to the side, paralyzing them with his touch. He ran behind the nearest sky-scraper and combusted, sending his bone shards into people as they slowly turned to dust.~

Azrael came in a few moments later. There seemed to be allot of trouble going on now. The Peace Keepers that had surrounded the disturbance were panicking greatly. They hadn't seen anything like that before. The sergeant was on the ground, bleeding heavily from the eyes, mouth, ears, and nose. He wasn't dead, but he might not make it. He had cybernetic implants in his brain that allowed him to do his job better. Now they were causing him to lose his life. Azrael picked up his head. "What did this?" Azrael asked the dying man.
"We're not sure. It wasn't human. It just wasn't human, sir." And with that, he perished.
Azrael set down the man's head and stood up slowly. He pointed to one of the men scurrying around frantically. "Corporal! You're a sergeant now. Clean up this mess, take testimonies from eye witnesses. Get moving." He pointed to another Peace Keeper that was no longer panicking but had sat on the ground in the fetal position. "You, calm down these people and civilians. We don't need a riot on our hands." He grabbed a civilian out of the rush of people. "You tend to the wounded." He just happened to be a doctor.

Vergil teleported near Azrael when he was trying to get to the mall. He looked towards the scene and shrugged it was just another day in invictus to him. He laughed when he saw the over powered hall monitors try to calm people down. He said to Azrael and the other peace keepers and all who were there. "Invictus is not a place for those like you as you can see your police force can not protect you." After he said those words he began walking away from the scene disgusted with all of them.

Azrael didn't like the vampires attitude at all. He ran up to the leech and tried to grab Virgil and turn him to face Azrael. "And you, unless you want to know exactly how and when you're going to die, and bear the knowledge that you can't change a damn thing about it until that day that you see your last, will find the p***k that did this!" he gestured to the carnage that had happened. If he got hold of the vampire, his grip was much stronger then it had been in his past lives, and wouldn't be denied. His eyes showed madness right now. And he was receiving reports from another sector that there was allot of energy being output. He wasn't in a good mood. He had expected it to be a slow day today. He wasn't expecting to have to play general right now. "I want this creature, whatever the hell it is, dead. It has declared war on the Peace Keepers. I assume that if it meets you, it will like you even less. You should assume that it has declared war on the vampires as well." The madness in his eyes had dimmed a little as he spoke, but he had had the look too often to ever completely lose it.

~A tall, Elven man came from a passing crowd of people to come speak to the peace keeper commander. His eyes were a crystal blue, and his hair was wavy, blond, and slicked back. He had a short, pointed goatee, he donned a white cape and and ancient silver armor, on his left hip was an Elven, silver flamberge. The man had a smile on his face and seemed very pleasant despite the current situation. He reached out his hand to shake the others~
"Good morrow sir, I have a message from someone..."
~The man's voice became a barely audible whisper.~
"...My name is Charlie Oustik, the message is from the man who caused this mess, I have connections that managed to track him down and get him to speak, if we can go to a more private area, I'd gladly tell you what he has to say, maybe I could tell his whereabouts."

Vergil laughed and dodged Azrael grab at him and looked towards the public. "Why should I back your little plan up when you dare threaten me." He said his eyes glistening blood red as he put his hands on the holsters of his guns. He wouldn't be insulted by Azrael he wasn't one of his pathetic faction. Vergil was known for his speed and grace in battle he could easily out maneuver these fools if it came to it. The humans around them began to shake as the wind roared up violently and the sky darkened.

Once she was all bundled back up into her clothing, she took off in a sprint towards the Commander, her automatic ready at hand standing a few yards from him. She glared at the creature he was aiming to, but keeping in mind of all the citizans that were running in fear of it.

Azrael looked at him with a bored expression. "Calm down Vergil. Everyone already knows that you've got so much testosterone that you're going to lose your hair. Give it a rest." He wanted to tell the little weasel exactly how he died, but that wouldn't serve any purpose right now. Instead he decided to turn his aggressions on the elf that thought that he was in a good enough mood to mess around and play grab a** by going into a secluded area. "Lieutenant," he addressed Page. "Shoot him." He pointed at the messenger. He didn't really care if the little creature died. He wanted to know if she would refuse him outright, or carry out his orders flawlessly. He could find the being that cause this havoc easily enough. He didn't really need to torture the information out of Vergil, he just thought it would be good stress relief. He had his ways of finding the monster that thought it could tear up his city and get away with it.

Vergil look towards Azrael with a dark look on his face. He was not impressed by Azraels leadership skills at all. Then Vergil laughed coldly at his comment and said. "Everyone knows your a psycho who will undoubtedly feed in to the chaos."

~Charlie grinned. He took a couple steps back and looked at the person the commander told to shoot him. He pulled out his short-gunsword and aimed it at the woman.~
"You wouldn't dare! What disgusts me about you 'peace keepers,' is that when you somewhat restore peace, you find a way to destroy it all on your own, you're just crazy, corrupt, assholes. If you attack me, you're in for a hell of a ride."
~The Elf quickly glanced at the vampire, one would be able to tell by the look on his face that an assist would be gratefully welcomed, but not needed. Charlie unsheathed his flamberge with his free hand and lifted it up on his shoulder, waiting for a response.~

Vergil was already sick of this argument so he returned to his Coven. He wouldn't help either of them there was no point there was nothing they could offer him. -exit to bar-

 The women sneered and already had her automatic weapon pointed at the suspect. She took note of her Commanders orders, but didn't react to him as she was consentrating on her shot. She wanted to laugh at his words because he was the one already causing the madness, they were just cleaning it up and restoring order. Page notice the vampire walk away and then she pulled the trigger to her gun and it shot a lazer beam that would go right through the creatures forhead in less than .3 seconds. She quickly got her defenses up incase the creature somehow for some reason was able to dodge or counter attack that quickly. She looks to her Commander, "If that creature dodges that, then we might need to call in for some back-up." She said to him in a serious tone. Page was the top in her achademy for shooting anything at any range.
