I'm making this in order to help track my process.

Short term goal-170-160
Long term goal-120-115 (I'm really short, so that would be about a good weight for me)

Reasons:
-To look good, especially for cosplaying.
-Get healthier
-Feel better about myself

At the start of this year, I weighed about 197 pounds. After addressing some medical issues and put on some medication, my endocrinologist put me on a special diet.

I need to way again, but last time I weighed, I was about 182-183. My body fat was 47% were at the start was 58%. I lost about 11% of body fat and quite a bit of weight.

I cut out a lot of starchy food and sugar and eat out a lot less, even though before I didn't eat out all the time.

I hadn't posted in awhile, but I wanted to post that I am now 155 pounds. I'm not quite where I want to be, but I still lost a lot of weight.

I tried to limit or cut out bad food and been taking belly dance classes.
