GO! "Is he still at it?"
Some people may have called this world the faerie kingdom, because the overabundant supply of silk and clouds made it a castle from every girl's dream or worse nightmare. In the middle of the room, perched on a wreath of white and pink foam a blonde woman lazily turned her head, scanning the waters as if she saw more than just bubbles.
Someone laughed. "It seems he is." from over the side of the makeshift tub (what was keeping the water solid like that?) a man leaned over. "He's not going to give up, you know."
She made a face. They were perfect complements of each other, her soft and round with rich burnished gold hair and pale blue eyes, and him with his white gold hair and stormy ones.
"But I do wish he'd give up the nonsense of pretending that we were all dead." what gave them away, if not for the rather too sugary setting was the ears. Okay. So he had wings. But enough people on Gaia had wings that it was common. "Not all of us lost our powers, you know."
"But sweetheart, that's only because you've got such an easy one." he teased.
She made a face. "Shut up, Cupid." she said simply, muttering something about some people being too quick to retort for their own good. "The kids are cute."
Cupid, grimaced. "Just because you look older than them, doesn't mean you have to be so condescending." Most of the fae had lost their powers-- they were not gods, not really. And soon enough they had turned into fae. Shy was mistaken in thinking ALL fae had turned into tiny pixie creatures. Some of the extremely powerful still remained.
But then, they had been more special in the first place.
"I know, I know." the woman said, frowning. She waved her hand over the water, giggling at the superfluous display of bubbles, and looked up. "But they act too normal, don't you think?" she asked.
"Normal?" Cupid asked. He paused. "Eros." he warned. "We survived this long because--"
She waved her arm. "I'm not going to... hurt them." she said, giggling. She was getting excited now, her eyes gleaming. "But they are children. And while the teachers are still young enough to be teens, I think we should bring them over, and so them what REAL Sidhe can do."
Cupid closed his eyes.
He should have known better than to wake up this morning.Quote: Metaplot Announcement!!
From the 6th of Febuary, the first stages of the metaplot will start. The project does involve the fae being bought back into power, and regaining former glory.
'Tonight', when your fae fall asleep, they will wake up to find themselves in a nice 'pink' room. Yes. We're talking ribbon, lace, and all that sugar and spice stuff most of the fae should scream thinking about. They will wake up in a pink, fluffy, cloud castle, in a tiny room with one large window overlooking a lake on clouds, and they will have no idea how they got there.
This is part of the metaplot. It is an opportunity for you to get your fae involved. Who knows what role they will have? The first segment will end with a FLATSALE. Just to get your attention.
Now, specifically for these fae:
Sethos, Ritsuki and Donovan: Are the only teenage fae, but only by a couple of years. They have the most power, the most control. At the end of the little rp, they will either gain a very significent memory of their past, a familiar, or something big. Something that WILL count as one of the requirements to move onto adult stage.
Noelle and Ciro: Have already started their lessons. They will be able to explore their powers. After this, they will have met the requirements to grow-- I might need more fleshing out as a character, but this is good.
Aurion and Arora: Having recieved medical evaluations, they will be able to discover their powers during the rp should they participate.
Nalani, Cheylir, Zack, and the three new fae: Will after the rp, depending on the extent of their roles, be able to recieve medical evaluations, powers, or what not.
If you choose not to participate or miss this (it's not supremely important. I'm using this opportunity to hold a flat sale and also work out kinks) your fae will have remained asleep during the entire adventure. They will wake up feeling more refreshed, and with a slight craving for salty food. But that's it.
Please use this as an opportunity to create relationships, strengthen personalities, and whatnot. Please follow the general rp rules. No power playing, no giving your characters special powers. Their gifts WILL be enhanced here. What they might discover now, they might not be able to do again- but it's all part of the fun, yes?
It will run as long as it needs to. It began Valentine Themed, but it depends on how long this takes, etc.
Have FUN!
Because of different time zones, please follow a certain order in posting. If only three people participate, don't drag too far ahead. I don't want to have to put up an 'order' of postings, ^^ so use your common sense?
The place is huge, so discovering each other is kept to pairs, or trios (depending on how many people respond).

The beginning... Eros, blonde, silly and with too much power for her brain size, types in pink.
Cupid, blonder, more serious but still lacking common sense (who else lets a woman kidnap ten fae in one night? Honestly) types in purple.
All mighty Prompter types in brown.***
Eros leaned over the tub. Dressed in pink silk, she seemed to blend in with the rest of the room too well. "Dream, sweet ones." she whispered, running her fingers over the small ripples as if somehow this would direct her words to the sleeping minds below.
From outside, Cupid stared at the computer screens. A handful of fae would wake up in the north wing, near the tower. A handful in the south wing, near the grand ballrooms and one or two in the center, closest to both Eros and Cupid.
"What are you going to do with them, once they arrive?"
Eros, too busy forming the sickly, romantic dreams of optimists missed the question the first time around. Dreaming of fields and oceans, lakes and picnics. She smiled, wriggling her fingers as she nodded her head. Yes. Sweet, romantic dreams.
"Eros?"
"Hmmm?" Eros looked up, and shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe I'll keep them." she brightened. "They can be like my little court!"
Cupid rolled his eyes. Oh dear, what the Queen would do once she heard of this...
"They'll wake up, and we'll be able to meet them." Eros said, blinking. Confused. What else?
"And with the teenagers, the teachers? You know they don't know us either."
Eros frowned. No. The tutors would be left alone, because they were too powerful. Much too powerful. ((Eros does not know that Ritsuki, Donovan and Sethos are teenagers)) She would stick with her children first. Besides, what would she do with a bunch of hormonal teenagers?
"I don't know, Cupid." her head hurt. "Stop asking stupid questions, okay?"
Cupid frowned. "If we get in trouble--" he began.
Eros smiled. "Now why would we get in trouble?" she turned back to her tub full of water. "Now, bring them over, okay? It's about time we met our brothers and sisters..."

Ciro groaned and rolled over trying to remain asleep but the shocking amount of pink in the room soon made itself know to him. Sitting up and looking around he flinched slightly at all the pink... sometimes there is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
He crawled off the bed and stood up; glancing about again he spotted the large window. Walking over he looked out the window in disbelieve. Clouds. There were clouds everywhere. Briefly Ciro wondered if he was even on Gaia anymore.
Tearing himself away from the window and back to the pink room he looked around for a door and finding one he left. On the other side of the room was just a simple hall which caused him to sigh in happiness. He had been half afraid that even the halls would be pink.
He looked down the hall; wondering where to go now and if any of the other fae were there. He started to walk down the left hall glancing in any rooms he past looking for anyone he might know.

Heat woke Sethos. The insistantly increasing heat of the vial about his neck, warming the metal of his ankh and generally making sleep uncomfortable. Without opening his eyes, the Time fae knew something was wrong. His bed was not so soft, and the smells were off. Sweet.
He opened his eyes. Pink. Soft sweet, sugar pink. It made him think of Ritsuki, with her smiles and her optomism. Had he been in a different situation, he would have gagged. But this was the lair of an enemy, it had to be. Who else could have snatched him, sleeping, from his bed?
Without sitting up, he called his power. It responded, but gave nothing. He couldn't pull himself back to a time before he'd been called here. He wasn't strong enough. Very well. A pity he hadn't picked up the habit of sleeping with weapons. Here he was, in the realm of an enemy, unarmed. No time for regrets. He had his powers, and at least a rudimentary understanding of hand to hand combat.
Struggling out of the warmth of soft pink blankets, he explored the room. Nothing, just more disgusting pink, with white accents in places. A glance out the window showed a cloudscape, and a lake. No escape that way then.
He'd have to find the one who'd brought him here, and make them send him back.
With that thought, he pushed open the door, and walked out into the hall.

Nalani is sleeping placidly in her room when she is transported to a pink room, slowly she wakes up and without making noise, she tries to know where she is, slowly the fear of being alone goes taking possession of her and smoothly she calls to her caretaker.
Mommy....
She is sad for that it doesn't feel their caretaker near but she tries that the fear doesn't take possession of her, Sitting in the pink room, little by little she leaves tranquilizing and note other presences of her same type and carefully she stands up and she comes closer to them, While she thinks " I hope that they know as finding mommy, I don't like to be far from her "

Ritsuki took her dear sweet time waking up. She wasn't suprised by the amazing amount of pink in the room she was surrounded by. It was like her own. It was different though. It seemed like someone had made the room to look like it, but she could tell the difference. Her room was...Like home. She felt like she really herself there. This room was... Strange. She was definatly not in Kansas anymore.
But Kansas could wait a while.
When she finally managed to wake up, a sweet smell almost overwhelmed her. It was so strong. That was what had woken her up in the first place. The smell was like flowers, except stronger and even sweeter. It was like nothing she had ever smelled. It was like magic.
She got up out of the bed by rolling off the side. She caught herself before she hit the ground. Thank god for her grace. Her feet brought her around the room slowly, giving her time to see each individual characteristic of the room. It looked the same in all four of the corners. Pink, lacey, and very girly. She thought about Noelle and Sethos. They'd probably die in here, and she couldn't help but laugh. Her own attitude had annoyed them both, of course, Noelle hadn't really shown that.
"Let's try and find out where I am, shall we?"
Of course, she was talking to herself, not anyone else. She thought that hopefully no one had heard her, but if they had, maybe they could help her. She opened the large pink door and walked into the hall, which looked completely different from the room she'd been in. Her smile hadn't faded, but she was a little worried.

Zack yawned and turned over in his sleep, black static hair a bit of a mess from him having been turning over in his sleep so much. Apparently even in sleep he had a lot of energy. Slowly, yellowed eyes opened, as he sat up, slowly from his sleep. He glanced about himself in a sort of daze, before blinking and rubbing his eyes...there was an oddly sweet smell to this room...this room? This place...was pink.
He looked around himself in confusion as he noticed the bright pink room. Never in his short life had he been exposed to so much pink before. Was Maturin and Shiro pulling a trick on him again? What was going on here?
"Shiro?" He called out. No answer greeted him. Looking about himself, he jumped lightly down from the side of the odd, soft, pink bed.
Now, there was nothing wrong with pink...but...c'mon! There was waaay too much pink in this room. It was weird! Or at least to him it was. He rubbed his head, a bit as he looked for something familiar. A slight fear gripping his adolesent heart as he realized he really had no idea where he was. He walked over to a window, and pushed a few things to the bottom to stare outside of the bright window. Clouds. So many clouds. Where was he?!
Deciding that this still might just be a game that Shiro was playing with him, he thought that maybe he would be waiting outside, to laugh at him as soon as he walked out. Or...maybe this was a big game of hide and seek, and he was hiding somewhere outside the room...or something...
His mind instantly believing that this was just a game, now, an optimistic spark lighted within him and his usual energy returned to him. He looked about and saw the door and quickly pulled it open and looked about, trying to see if there was anything remotely familiar anywhere. This had to be a game, right?! I mean...why else would he be in this strange place, all alone? Of course...just a game...

No, this wasn't her room, but for the moment she didn't care. Her lithe little body flipped itself over on the soft bed, curling the covers about herself in a sort of cocoon for the moment. If she closed her eyes, she wouldn't have to look at the pink; it was just as simple as that. The fragrant smells were a nice change next to the sharp, peppermint smell of Talis and that sweaty little aroma her brothers emitted. In short, she wasn't worried like the others.
She would sleep another five minutes before she finally did get up, uncurling from her cocoon of covers to boldly shove a little green leg into the open air. Not too cold, she decided, but when she got up she pulled the sheets after her. Oh! A mirror! Ignoring the clouds for a moment, Noelle centered herself before the reflective glass and pulled her bed-sheets around her shoulders in much the same fashion as royalty might with a cape. However, she frowned at it, then sniffed. Pink didn't look good on her at all.
So she abandoned them, tossing them carelessly off her shoulders to lay in a heap around her ankles. At least Talis had some pretty red sheets she could fold and walk upon! Oh, well. She was stroking down her hair now, preening herself as best as she could without her brush handy. So where was she? Kudos to whoever could carry her off to a different place without waking her up. After making a couple of expressions at herself, she finally padded for the door to her room. Was she worried? Not really. Maybe she could convince the owners to redecorate with some better colors.

Romeo hadn't been able to sleep at ALL during the night. When he finally did settle down, it was curled close to his cat-like twin, eyes closed, and ear over the boy's heartbeat. What woke him was the sudden feeling of WRONG that he received from the space around him. And the sudden realization that he was on the floor. Quickly, he pushed himself to his feet, and had a good look around. If this would have been an anime, he would have had a sweatdrop on the back of his head. His heart raced. He wasn't so put off by the PINK, as he was by the whole "not being in my room where the heck am I daddy help" thing. His twin was still asleep. Tybalt seemed to be a little ill - so 'Meo hadn't expected him to wake up. He, however, rolled his brother onto his side, so he could use his own arm as a pillow, and got up, blinking. Ribbons. Pink lace. Flowers and hearts. Not scared - just a bit creeped out. He noticed a bed, and wasted no time in getting his brother onto it comfortably, and making sure he was still asleep, before starting to explore on his own. Nothing was familiar at all - everything seemed to be all girlish - and since there wasn't a girl in Jerod's family, he generally came to the assumtion that toto wasn't in Kansas anymore, let alone Dorothy. He crept to the only window in the room, and looked out of it - nothing conclusive there. Then he went to the door, and tried to open it - or at least thought about it. He might not like what was out there... He heard a moan from the bed, and turned, rushing to his brother's side while he coughed. Romeo and Tybalt both didn't much like to talk, and when they did, it was only of extreme importance. They shared more in a gaze than most telepaths, and from just looking, Romeo knew that his brother was in pain. He had to leave to get help. So he crept to the door again, and this time, opened it - creeping out into the hall, and in the search of someone else that might be able to help Tyb.

"Eros?"
Eros frowned. She looked down at the mirror. The house looked... different.
"Eros?"
She tried to scan the familiar coordinates. No. That didn't work. Only names and objects worked.
"Eros!"
"What is it, Cupid?" Eros demanded, turning around to see that all the cameras had gone black. "What..." she stopped. "What happened?"
"Our house moved again."
It was a odd, random movement that the house did, redecorating itself and it's rooms. But this usually happened once every decade, and they were given some warning. "Why..." she asked. Not why was it happening, but why now.
"Maybe it's because there are so many of us, and the house is excited?" House was an understatement for the palace, but it fit, for now. "Maybe..."
Eros frowned. She didn't care about 'maybe's. "Well, figure it out!" she snapped. It wasn't fun if she couldn't see her fae.
It took a while, but slowly, Cupid managed to draw out a blueprint of their new home.
"Huh." he said quietly. "It looks smaller."
The first floor. The second floor. The third floor. The forth floor. The rooms on each floor are not locked. Unfortunatly, the doors to every floor (the ones on the stairs) are. If one person can open one of the doors, the other will automatically open. The hidden staircase has a door that will not unlock until every fae has been 'found'.
Should new fae arrive, they will 'wake' up in different rooms, whether it is the servant quarter's downstairs, or whatnot. The main gate leading out of the castle is jammed.
((Oooh- my lovely renovating skills o.0 ))

Nalani looks to its surroundings to do a very pink room with many tapes and a bed with pink canopy, she also has a dresser with a mirror everything in pink, she likes the pink but she thinks that the owner is obsessed with that color, She also see three doors, so she goes to a door, with step strong, when she opens up it she finds with a bathroom and she says in clear voice:
The bathroom is pick too!!
She begins to think that she will hate the pink color soon. she leaves the bathroom as soon as possible, and she goes to another door where she can hear noise behind, but she finds it closed and she cannot open it . she supports the ear in the door and she listens noise of somebody, but she cannot open the door so alone she has left a door. when she is in front of the finishes door she rotates the handcuff and she check that she can open it easily so she opens the door completely to be in arched staircase, pint too, they are several doors apart from the one that had left Nalani, When the door that this beside the door that had left Nalani, it opens up.

Silk pajamas Sethos realized, were not ideal for fighting. Indeed, had he been asked, at random, what he would least like to battle in, it was quite possible he would have answered 'black silk pajamas.' But here he was, and no help for it.
The room he'd entered was not especially intimidating. Quiet, and well lit with out being too bright. The sweet scent was still there, but the over exaggeration of pink had died away. Good.
Images on the walls, of unfamiliar landscapes. He didn't give any of them special attention, wanting to explore his surroundings before pausing. There seemed to be three doors. One directly across from him, one on his left and one to his right. There was a sort of-- tucked away modesty to the one on his right, as if was meant, some how, to be of less notice.
Huh.
A book caught his attention, and that was more difficult to ignore than the images on the wall. It lay in the open, on the table, a rather ornate image of a dragon on the front. 'A Study in the Anatomy of Dragons'. Well, that wasn't something you saw every day. His fingers traced the cover, itching to see what might be within.
