obscure japanese goth bands

i need help finding more stuff on a band that i dled a song from a long time ago (i don't remember where)
the band is called Zooey i believe and the song is called "Teddy Bear"
it's japanese with a female singer and is really catchy goth/post punk
obviously finding stuff is made even harder by the plethora of zooey deschanel crap
the only info i've been able to find is some comp cd that had the song on there
